The Seven-Bedroom beachfront property designed by renowned architect Pepe de Yturbe is set on 11,000 square foot compound. This recently renovated residence is perched on Ranchos Estates just a few steps away from the ocean. Our guests can enjoy newly renewed suites and new amenities overall around the entire Villa. By reserving Villa Pacifica, our guests can relish in the services and amenities of Club Punta Mita including the 5 beach clubs; Surf Club, Kupuri, Sea Breeze, Pacifico and Sufi Beach Club, the golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus (known for its “Tail of the Whale” 3-B hole, the world's only natural island green), tennis center with a program managed by Peter Burwash International (PBI) and fitness center, including a full pro shop and locker facilities.

THE STAFF

Villa Pacifica is fully staffed with a house manager, personal concierge and an on site housekeeper, chef and butler for your Punta Mita stay.
From the moment you arrive at the Villa, any stresses that you may have brought with you will instantly melt away, Friendly, attentive villa staff will greet you with fresh made margaritas and whisk away your luggage to your room.

THE BEACH

From the pool grass area there is a private stairway that leads down to the private beach which connects you to the ocean.
Always a great time to enjoy available Kayaks, paddle boards, and body surfboards.
Staff and Amenities
Gourmet Chef & Kitchen Attendant: Our chefs will prepare all meals requested as well as any snacks or drinks needed throughout the day. Food and Beverages are Not Included, we will work with you and the Chef to draft up a grocery list for your stay and will stock the Villa before your arrival and as needed.

Private Butlers Full-Time: All our butlers are capable bartenders and specifically our LuxMex Margarita recipe is to die for! They can also set beach chairs and umbrellas by the beach and help the chef as needed.

Daily Housekeeping: Housekeeping is included in all our Villas every day. Housekeepers are vetted staff members who will come at noon or whatever time you request.

Concierge Services: We are available to give information about activities, area, clubs and run errands such as picking up groceries or picking up an extra golf cart for your stay.

Destination Planning: This includes and is not limited to reservations at restaurants, activities and or beach clubs.

L'Occitane Toiletries: Villas will be stocked with L'Occitane toiletries or equivalent replacements.
