Birch Bluffs, modern eco friendly house, 5 minutes from Lutsen Mountain.

Birch Bluffs is a new build on the shore of Lake Superior close to Lutsen and 5 minutes from Lutsen Mountain. The house offers some of the North Shores best lake views and great places to hang out and chat with family and friends. With an expansive kitchen, recreation room, in-home gym, and 3-season porch with a wood burning fire place, there will be plenty of activities to do on site. When you decide to venture away from the property you can find places to hike, ski, golf, and bike just minutes away.
The space
The house has 4 bedrooms with lake views, 3 bathrooms, a large open kitchen and living room space, laundry room, and a recreation room with a smart TV, theater seating and a ping pong table. The house also has a well equipped private gym with an elliptical, stationary bike, rower, weights, etc. For winter guests, there is a ski rack and boot warmer in the garage. The property is nearly 3 acres with a path and stairs leading down to the lake where you'll find a scenic rocky ledge and a pebble beach, complete with Adirondack chairs.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property but we ask that they not park in the garage.
Safety
Use of the gym is restricted to ages 16 and above. There is a lockable half door to keep small children out.
The house is near a step bluff that has no railing. Please be aware and be sure to keep small children away from the edge.
