'BEST VIEW' NEW 3/3 OCEANFRONT CONDO, ON THE FOURTH FLOOR CORNER UNIT (#402). Elegantly decorated, yet comfortable. As soon as you walk in, you will immediately relax in the beautiful surroundings. The unit is a direct oceanfront, offering the best view of the beach from practically every room. You can watch Dolphins play in the water, pelicans fly by or just enjoy the beautiful waves. We are located at the end of the 'drive on' beach and immediately next door (to the south) is the 'no drive beach.' You have the 'best of both beaches'.

Go to sleep each night listening to the ocean surf. Sanibel is located on a small peninsula of land between the Atlantic Ocean and the Halifax River. You can watch the sunrise from your oceanfront balcony, and you can watch the sunset over the Halifax River from the balcony or from inside the condo.

This new condo is beyond your expectations. The split floor plan is huge with 2207 square feet of luxury. The living room has a 52' flat screen LCD TV with DVD. The unit has a media room with a 40' flat screen LCD TV, and a large Queen size sleeper sofa with gel mattress for the kids to kick back and relax while watching a movie. The kitchen features brand new state of the art black appliances with beautiful cabinetry, and granite countertops.

The condo has wood floor tile throughout all rooms. The laundry room is furnished with a large washer/dryer stacked unit, ironing board and full linen closet. Each room in the condo contains beautiful ceiling fans, and custom blinds and drapery. You have access to high speed WIFI internet so bring your laptop and sit out on the balcony and relax. Our unit includes all the comforts of home and is equipped with everything you need from silverware to linens.

The Master Suite has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open to the balcony for an amazing oceanfront view. It has a king-size bed and a 37" flat screen LCD TV. The adjoining bathroom has a jetted jacuzzi tub with extra large tiled shower. There are double sinks with granite countertops, private toilet room and large walk-in closet.

The second bedroom is a smaller master suite with a queen size bed, flat screen LCD TV, large walk-in closet, and an exterior window with ocean views. It also has its own private beautifully decorated bathroom.

The third bedroom is spacious as well, with two double beds. There is a walk-in closet, exterior window with ocean views, flat screen LCD TV, and it has its own full-size bathroom in the hall with double sinks.

Media Room also has the flat screen TV & queen size pull out sleeper sofa. Great for kids or adults to watch TV or take a nap. Very comfortable room.

There is a parking space in the garage near the elevator when you unload. There is additional parking in front of the building.

The building is brand new so everything is fresh and clean; there are only 65 units in the building so it is never crowded, and has an oceanfront pool and hot tub, with a state of the art fitness center, full kitchen and bar, pool table, card tables and a flat screen TV. There is plenty to do including golf cart, ATV and bike rentals on the beach, as well as surfboard rentals across the street. There are also jet ski rentals at Ponce Inlet, just a short drive south.

The unit is within walking distance to the local pier where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, relaxation or fishing. There are numerous restaurants in the immediate area, some with fresh seafood and live music. There are various miniature golf sites nearby, as well as a water park, go-carts, amusement center at the boardwalk, shopping, parasailing, etc.

Our condo is family owned and we pride ourselves in having the best of everything. This will guarantee that you will return to our place year after year!

Everything in the unit is brand new and was purchased specifically for the condo. Not only is the furniture comfortable but the decor will make you feel right at home. The size of the unit provides plenty of room for an entire family to come and stay comfortably. Or, smaller groups and couples will find there's plenty of privacy and room for them as well. Please note that a minimum age of 25 years old is required to reserve this unit.

Beautiful location and wonderful stay!

My husband, young daughter and mother stayed the week of August 4th. The location was beautiful and the property wonderful! It was spacious, very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need to feel right at home. The property owner was very responsive and prompt when I had questions and had great follow-up. The layout of the condo was wonderful with large bedrooms, big closets and all with their own bathrooms. My mother is in a wheelchair and she had no issues in maneuvering around. Being an end unit you had great views of the ocean and inland waterway and enjoyed sitting out on the large deck. I would highly recommend this property. In addition we made day trips to Disney and Kennedy Space Center and it was a quick drive. We hope to come back soon!

Very nice Condo with a lot of space for the whole family.

Family trip to the beach and we had a great time. Condo was very clean and stocked, spacious, comfortable, and accommodated our family of 10. Perfect for family

Beautiful condo! We had a problem with the washing machine and the owner was very nice and helpful to resolve the issue.

Nice large balcony to enjoy the Atlantic Ocean.

We were there the week of July 4th, so parking at the condo was tough if you have 2 vehicles. You are guaranteed one parking space in the garage, but the regular parking lot fills up quickly!

Beautiful unit on the best part of the beach.

Gorgeous unit. Updated and spacious. The Sanibel had guests that were so pleasant to talk to. The family atmosphere was perfect.

As for the beach, the Sanibel is right where you could drive on the beach, or situate yourself on the no drive side. It was nice to have the choice to do either, right in front of your condo.

Very well equipped and conveniently located. Sleeping accommodations very comfortable. Would suggest getting something to at least partially cover the early morning sunlight on the glass sliding door. Would like to have an emergency contact. Overall, our family really enjoyed your condo and would enjoy returning in the future. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

This condo was amazing!

The condo was exactly as pictured. Spacious, clean and gorgeous views. Walked right down to the beach daily. The only negative about our stay was there was no grill as stated in the description. We bought $100 worth of steaks that we couldn’t grill. The owner did respond fairly quickly about the whole situation. Word of advice, don’t expect to grill food. There is no grill unless you go buy one. Overall, we’d stay here again. Looking forward to enjoying the beach in the future!
