'BEST VIEW' BRAND NEW 3/3 OCEANFRONT CONDO, ON THE FOURTH FLOOR CORNER UNIT (#402). Elegantly decorated, yet comfortable. As soon as you walk in, you will immediately relax in the beautiful surroundings. The unit is a direct oceanfront, offering the best view of the beach from practically every room. You can watch Dolphins play in the water, pelicans fly by or just enjoy the beautiful waves. We are located at the end of the 'drive on' beach and immediately next door (to the south) is the 'no drive beach.' You have the 'best of both beaches'.
Go to sleep each night listening to the ocean surf. Sanibel is located on a small peninsula of land between the Atlantic Ocean and the Halifax River. You can watch the sunrise from your oceanfront balcony, and you can watch the sunset over the Halifax River from the balcony or from inside the condo.
This new condo is beyond your expectations. The split floor plan is huge with 2207 square feet of luxury. The living room has a 52' flat screen LCD TV with DVD. The unit has a media room with a 40' flat screen LCD TV, and a large Queen size sleeper sofa with gel mattress for the kids to kick back and relax while watching a movie. The kitchen features brand new state of the art black appliances with beautiful cabinetry, and granite countertops.
The condo has wood floor tile throughout all rooms. The laundry room is furnished with a large washer/dryer stacked unit, ironing board and full linen closet. Each room in the condo contains beautiful ceiling fans, and custom blinds and drapery. You have access to high speed WIFI internet so bring your laptop and sit out on the balcony and relax. Our unit includes all the comforts of home and is equipped with everything you need from silverware to linens.
The Master Suite has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open to the balcony for an amazing oceanfront view. It has a king-size bed and a 37' flat screen LCD TV. The adjoining bathroom has a jetted jacuzzi tub with extra large tiled shower. There are double sinks with granite countertops, private toilet room and large walk-in closet.
The Second Bedroom is a smaller master suite with a queen size bed, flat screen LCD TV, large walk-in closet, with an exterior window with ocean views. It also has its own private beautifully decorated bathroom.
The Third Bedroom is spacious as well, with two double beds. There is a walk-in closet, exterior window with ocean views, flat screen LCD TV, and it has its own full-size bath in the hall with double sinks.
There is a parking space in the garage near the elevator when you unload. There is additional parking in front of the building.
The building is brand new so everything is fresh and clean; there are only 65 units in the building so it is never crowded, and has an oceanfront pool and hot tub, with a state of the art fitness center, full kitchen and bar, pool table, card tables and a flat screen TV. There is plenty to do including golf cart, ATV and bike rentals on the beach, as well as surfboard rentals across the street. There are also jet ski rentals at Ponce Inlet, just a short drive south.
You can stroll to the local pier for breakfast, lunch, dinner, relaxation or fishing. There are numerous restaurants in the immediate area, some with fresh seafood and live music. There are various miniature golf sites nearby, as well as a water park, go-carts, amusement center at the boardwalk, shopping, parasailing, etc.
Our condo is family owned and we pride ourselves in having the best of everything. This will guarantee that you will return to our place year after year!

The Sanibel unit is part of a brand new condo building so everything is new and fresh. It is the perfect location on Daytona Beach which allows you to drive on the beach, or you may use the private beach access located next to our building, and there are many other activities offered in the surrounding area.
Everything in the unit is brand new and was purchased specifically for the condo. Not only is the furniture comfortable but the decor will make you feel right at home. The size of the unit provides plenty of room for an entire family to come and stay comfortably. Or, smaller groups and couples will find there's plenty of privacy and room for them as well. Please note that a minimum age of 25 years old is required to reserve this unit.

For the last 12 or so years, we've stayed on the Atlantic side of Florida as far south as Vero Beach and as far north as Daytona Beach Shore. We have decided that the Shores is the place for us as it is family friendly, quieter, beautiful, and we love the beach. Again this year, we returned to Daytona and stayed at the Sanibel. It is a very nice community and in no way were we disappointed. The condominium itself is exceptional! It is clean, big, spacious and has everything you need for a great week. We eat in most days and found the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need for your cooking pleasure. It is like a home away from home being beautifully furnished. The views are wonderful and each day we enjoyed eating our breakfast and lunch out on the balcony. Most days we would alternate between enjoying the beach and the pool. Although we like the no drive part of the beach, we could simply walk just a few extra steps and set up for the day without any cars passing us by. It is a plus for us who have younger kids. There is much to do around this area including Ponce Inlet, with the lighthouse, the jetty where you can see dolphins and the preserve which we visited one overcast afternoon and walked the trails. Or you can head in the opposite direction to the shopping district with the many restaurants. We also used their workout room during our stay. This is an excellent place to stay especially if you have larger families who are traveling. There is more than enough room. The ONLY con I as well as other guests had is the pool was a little chilly. We love to swim and so do our kids, and we could not stay in the pool very long without jumping in the hot tub, which we also loved. We would have no hesitation of booking this property again. We appreciate the hospitality of this family to allow us to use their condo for a GREAT family vacation.

This is not your typical condo. It exceeds all expectations. Over the years I've stay in many condos in Fl and SC, this is by far the nicest one I've had. It has all the bells and whistles you could possible want. The location is excellent. The McCoys were excellent to work with and let me add that Michelle (their assistant) goes above and beyond to help. Would I stay again...You bet. Everything we needed or even wanted was there. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful vacation home with us. Note I said home this time..not condo...because that's truly what it is. Again, thank you!
We have been vacationing regularly in Daytona Beach for over 50 years. We've stayed at almost every hotel and many time shares. This is by far the nicest place we've ever stayed!
This condo was all that was promised! It was clean, beautifully furnished and comfortable...it felt like home! We loved the location and the fact that it was an end unit was an added bonus! We had views of both the river/backwater on top of the beautiful oceanfront views of the Atlantic, the pier and were even able to see the lighthouse at night. The mullet were running so we had multiple dolphin sightings throughout the week! We will definitely be renting from Eric and his family again next year... :)
