About this property

Beautiful, Large Broadmoor Estate with a Luxury Georgian Home

This gorgeous 6,000 sq. ft. home with 6 bedrooms and 4 and 1/2 bathrooms is only 1.5 miles from the Historic 5-star Broadmoor Hotel. There is plenty of room for your family or group and many opportunities for all types of recreation. Only a mile away are two large shopping areas and a restaurant district. There is a basketball hoop, volleyball court, bicycles, sports equipment, board games, multiple big screen TVs, and large deck with a gas grill that backs up to a nature trail.
This has been our personal house for over 12 years. We were listed with VRBO and HomeAway for nearly a decade with a 4.6 review average out of 5 stars but stopped during Covid. We are now relisting and are excited to do so!
