The cabin was perfect! Clean, spacious, and comfortable! The hosts were kind and helpful and readily available. My family of four and dog felt it was exactly what we wanted and needed. Thank you!
Very convenient location for hiking in Linville Gorge. Spent most of the time out hiking and just used as a place to sleep and it served us well.

Nice cabin. Provided large dog crate and bowl set was a nice feature. Not enough washcloths for a 5 day stay. Kitchen sparingly equipped. Outside trash can was full when we arrived.
Great location in regards to Linville Falls and Gorge. Cozy and comfortable little cabin with full amenities. The owners are very friendly and communicative.

We loved the cottage and really appreciated how dog friendly the hosts are. We had a quick post Thanksgiving getaway and loved spending time with our son at App State. Highly recommend this cabin to anyone traveling with their 4 legged family members.
This is a basic cabin with basic amenities. It’s clean, easy to find, quiet, and handy to lots of hikes. The addition of towel racks in the bathroom and light over the sink would greatly improve the experience with very little effort. It fit our needs but if you are looking for luxury, this isn’t the place. Dogs can find dishes and a large crate ready for them. It isn’t fenced in and there is a friendly neighbor dog that is free to roam, so if you have a timid dog like ours, it’s outside only on leash.
Really great place and amazing value! Easy to get to in Linville Falls and close to the caverns and Banner Elk. House is cozy and clean. Even though the listing allows smokong on designated areas, there isnt any smell in the house. I assume the designated area is outside.
