Please Note: There is No Washer or Dryer available for guest use.

Please Note: The downstairs only has Heat, it stays cool but it does not provide A/C as of now.

Please Note: The downstairs is an open area with a bed, lounge area and a full bathroom. There isn’t a door that separates the bedroom room from the lounge area downstairs.

Please Note: There 3 tubes available for guest use during your stay. There are no kayaks available at this time.

Guest access:

Guests have full access to the entire property during your stay, with complete privacy and no homeowner on the premise. Prior to your reservation dates, you will be provided with a code to access the keys at the home, so you can come and go as you please. The home is located on a secluded 4.5 acres of land. There is no shared yard, patio, or other area (this is not an apartment, duplex, guest house, or tiny house…but an entire home just for you)

****About our Cabins****

You are reserving a luxury vacation cabin with Pristine Vacation Rentals, the top vacation rental company in the area with 100% customer satisfaction and five star reviews across the board from VRBO, Flipkey etc…A few days prior to your arrival you will receive the cabins address, check-in/check-out instructions, door entry codes, wifi codes, house and property information as well as local suggestions of things to experience. If you reserved the property directly from our website you will receive this information in an email. If reserved the property through a third party platform such as VRBO, Flip Key, etc... They will provide you with this information. When reserved through VRBO the information will be sent to you the message thread where you booked the property and received your reservation confirmation message as well. Please respect the neighbors and clean up after yourselves.

GUESTS ARE EMAILED CODE TO ACCESS, DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROPERTY. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, NO OFFICE VISIT TO PICK UP KEYS!

DOG fees are extra and NONREFUNDABLE The pet fee $100 is per pet per stay or $109.75 with taxes included. i.e. Any length stays with two dogs equals two pet fees plus taxes which is $219.50. Maximum of TWO dogs!! More than two dogs constitutes prior approval by the homeowner and Pristine Vacation Rentals. DOGS ONLY allowed! No cats, bunnies, birds, or any other animals allowed unless approved by homeowner and Pristine Vacation Rentals.

The following essentials will be provided for you to START your stay. We do not provide essential for your entire stay. This is just to start you off:

*Trash Bags
*Dish Pods
*Coffee Maker
*Hand Soaps
*Dish Soap
*New Sponge
*Small Laundry Detergent
*Full Propane tank for gas grills

Also feel free to use any of the spices, sugar, creamers etc… that are generally stocked in the fully equipped kitchen.


This is a SMOKE FREE environment! Please don't smoke in the cabin. If you choose to smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts.

PHONE SERVICE: Cell phone reception is generally good, but it can be spotty at times. We are in the mountains.

CHILDREN: This house is not child-proofed for young children. There are also no accommodations for babies.

SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired.

FIRES: Guests are welcome to use the fire pit year-round. However, we do not provide firewood. You can purchase this at many of the local convenience stations, local grocery stores or Walmart. It's generally around $5 per bundle.

NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

PLEASE NOTE: There are two security cameras one outside by the front door entrance facing the driveway and one looking out facing the side driveway / parking area. They do have auto and they record in 20 second intervals.
