Welcome to Crystal’s See the Sea Condo, a 2-bedroom, 2-bath home located in Pacific Beach next to the iconic Crystal Pier!
This unit was remodeled in late 2022, featuring completely updated bathrooms, living room furniture, and kitchen appliances.
Crystal’s condo is part of the “SEE THE SEA” Oceanfront Complex, situated right on the boardwalk. Nothing separates this building from the beach except the Pacific Beach/Mission Beach boardwalk and the white sand beach.
The condo is in the heart of Pacific Beach, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and the bustling boardwalk. From the balcony (not directly ocean-facing), enjoy a corner view of the ocean and the lively activity right outside. It’s the perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening drink with front-row entertainment.
Rent bikes and explore the 3.5-mile boardwalk, or head to the pier for fishing in minutes. Kono’s restaurant, popular for breakfast and lunch, is just across the street.
At See the Sea, relax in the common area lounge chairs, protected by a glass wind wall that allows you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the waves. There’s also a jacuzzi to unwind after a long day.
This first-floor condo is above the gated parking garage, with elevator access. The California-style kitchen features new appliances and a breakfast bar with 4 stools, opening to the dining and living areas. The dining table seats 4–6 and can be moved to allow the Murphy bed to open for extra sleeping accommodations.
Sleeping arrangements include:
* Master Bedroom: King bed with private in-suite bathroom
* Guest Bedroom: Double bed with pull-out single trundle and private in-suite bathroom
* Living Room: Full-size Murphy bed
Both bedrooms have smart TVs with cable, roomy mirrored closets, and remodeled bathrooms. The second bedroom closet stores beach accessories, portable fans, portable heater, portable AC units (additional fee), iron, ironing board, and hangers.
For convenience, there’s a coin-operated washer and dryer across the hall and 1 reserved parking space in the gated garage. With everything within walking distance, you can leave your car parked and enjoy the amazing San Diego weather.

Arrival & Departure
* Check-in: 3pm (4pm Memorial Day–Labor Day)
* Check-out: 11am

Check-in instructions are provided after rental agreement + verification. On-site signage guides amenities, and we’re available after hours for emergencies.

Minimum Stay Policies
* Off-season: 4-night minimum
* Peak Summer (June–Aug): 6-night minimum + Saturday check-in
* Friday/Sunday arrivals may be possible—please ask
Holiday 2025:

6-night minimum + Saturday check-in (Dec 20–Jan 3). No arrivals/departures Dec 25 or Jan 1. Stays cannot span both holidays unless 2 weeks.
Summer 2026:

Memorial Day–Labor Day = Saturday–Saturday stays (6–7 nights).
No arrivals/departures July 4.
Friday/Sunday arrivals may be possible—ask us.

Policies
* Pets: Not permitted
* Rates fluctuate daily
* Primary renter must be 25+
* Noise-sensitive property: no outdoor noise after 9pm
* No parties or large gatherings
* Non-smoking property
* Décor/furniture may differ slightly from photos (no refunds for minor changes)

After Booking
Rental agreement and identity verification through Autohost are required (includes temporary $2 authorization that automatically drops off). A guest services agent will contact you within 24 hours of booking.

We recommend a car for ease of getting around, but public transportation (city bus) is available nearby.
