Hunting Island State Park is less than a 10 minute drive, where you can explore the 2 different beaches, the Lighthouse, Nature Center and more! If you'd like to explore something other than natural beaches, historic Beaufort, South Carolina is just minutes away. As well as both historic Charleston, SC (90 minutes away) and Savannah, GA (an hour away).

Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property. No large groups and no parties!

** Please note there is enough parking for up to 2 vehicles at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned for Cedar Reef Villas **
Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!

The communication with these people has been a NIGHTMARE to put it nicely. They will not respond to any messages promptly. You practically have to harass them to even get a response and then it is the bare minimum. They don’t care about you, your belongings, or safety. Make sure that you have everything when you leave because they will not return it or even half look for it. I believe my laptop has been STOLEN. Now I have to take further action to retrieve my things. STAY FAR AWAY from this trap.
