La nostra casa di montagna stile esecutivo dispone di quattro camere da letto, con letto matrimoniale, e tre bagni, ciascuno con doppio lavabo e vasca / doccia combinazioni. La vista sul lago e la catena montuosa dalla camera da letto matrimoniale e due ponti sono veramente incredibile, alcuni dei migliori che Bear Paw offre.

Il livello del piano principale dispone di pavimenti in parquet solidi e svettanti maschio e femmina di pino soffitti. Questo livello dispone di una sala aperta grande, una sala da pranzo, un camino a gas di roccia sovrapposti, un televisore a schermo piatto LCD da 32 pollici con audio surround, un VCR / DVD, una cucina completamente attrezzata con i controsoffitti di superficie solidi e lavello, ha sollevato rovere pannello mobili da cucina, due camere da letto e un bagno completo. Questo piano porta a due ponti, uno coperto con un cedro altalena 6 piedi e uno aperto. La vista sul lago e le montagne da entrambe queste piattaforme è fantastico !!

Il livello superiore ha una master suite con pavimenti in legno massello di rovere, un televisore, un lettore DVD e una zona soggiorno separata che si affaccia sulla grande sala sottostante e la fantastica vista sul lago e le montagne attraverso la parete di finestre. Questa camera da letto principale ha anche un bagno completo.

Il livello inferiore ha una camera da letto, un soggiorno con un televisore, un lettore DVD, un bagno completo, una full-size lavatrice e asciugatrice, e un ponte, con uno swing 5 piedi. Esso offre una vista sul lago e sulle montagne.

La nostra casa si trova a Bear Paw, che è l'unico sviluppo sulla splendida Lago Hiwassee nelle montagne del sud-ovest della North Carolina. Lago Hiwassee è solo cinque a dieci minuti a piedi da casa nostra. Lago Hiwassee è un lago di montagna lunga 18 miglia che offre casuale pesca, canottaggio e nuoto. This was, by far, my favorite rental to date! The view is absolutely breathtaking, pictures don’t do it justice. The house had every little thing you could need to truly feel like you were home. The owners were very nice and quick to answer any questions.
The view was spectacular from any level.

This place is amazing! The views are out of this world and the house is so spacious. We had no problems and when I asked any question it was answered right away. I was very impressed with this house and the price was extremely affordable.

We came for the views!

We came here for the views and to spend Thanksgiving together! This place is beautiful!!! Everybody had enough room to spread out and come together to play games and to put puzzles together! We don’t usually rent the same place again but we would definitely stay here again!!

If you’re looking for a house in Bear Paw with a flat, easy driveway and no stairs to get inside, this is the one! We stayed for a week and couldn’t have been happier. The house was spotless, with beautifully updated bathrooms and kitchen. The fridge was the perfect size for all our groceries for the week, and we had plenty of space to spread out across all three floors—it never felt cramped, even with the whole family.My personal favorite part was enjoying coffee on the porch each morning, watching the birds and taking in the peaceful view of the lake. We’ll absolutely be back!

Great Home and Beautiful Views

Our family really enjoyed the home, Lake Hiwassee, and the Bear Paw pool! The home was very clean and well furnished, with breath-taking views from the deck. We rented a pontoon boat at the local Marina and our children had a great time fishing and floating on the tube behind the boat. We found trails to hike and even found a beautiful waterfall only about a 30-minute drive from Bear Paw. We also had a very nice meal at Rib Country in Murphy. We plan to stay here again!

Another Excellent Stay

This is our 4th stay in this home. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves again. The house is always clean upon arrival. The kitchen is well stocked with essential kitchenware. The kids always enjoy the ping pong table and the community swimming pool. The view of the mountains and lake are always breathtaking from inside the house as well as, from either of the two porches. Thanks again for making our vacation spot so pleasurable!

Gorgeous View

You all have a great setup, and I am impressed with the small things you've done to make your guests stay a bit more convenient, the small step stool for the kids, nightlights, directions just where needed on how to lock/unlock doors, etc. It was wonderful! The view is breathtaking. The pictures don't even begin to capture the beauty of the view. The house was incredibly clean upon arrival. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and hope to visit again.

Wonderful VIEWS!

We loved the chalet so much we didn't even want to leave to go out on the town. Weather was great and we spend most of our time on the huge deck taking in the clean air and the fantastic views. The chalet was clean and comfy along with space for large families to spread out with 3 levels. It does have steep stairs going to lower level but does have a door to keep your littles safe. Would love to return soon! Joey

We do provide childproof door knobs and a gate, along with a handrail and a well-lit staircase to protect our guests. I haven’t had any problems navigating the about-a-dozen steps to the lower level. Peaceful and Relaxinb

This was probably my favorite family vacation spot. Very remote (no cell reception away from the house and a half hour to closest store) and super relaxing. While it’s a neighborhood, and there are other houses on the cup de sac, once you’re in the house or on the decks, you’d swear you were all alone in the woods. The view is beautiful. We loved watching the birds at the feeders. The house was large and comfortable with WiFi and satellite tv. I can’t recommend enough and hope to come back next year.

We are residents of Tallahassee, Florida, and are retired high-school teachers. 2024 marked our 55 wedding anniversary! We have two children who also live in Tallahassee and four grandchildren, two of whom live close to us. We are both graduates of Florida State University and follow the Seminoles. We enjoy visiting our rentals in
Nashville, TN, and in Bear Paw near Murphy, NC, but we also enjoy sharing the fun with you. We have many repeat renters who have become friends to us. We keep our rentals clean, well-furnished and updated for your enjoyment. Please read our outstanding reviews. They are very important to us!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We had vacationed in Bear Paw several times and enjoyed the area a great deal. It is in a gated community near Murphy, and has beautiful views. We liked the fact that there is an olympic-sized swimming pool, tennis court and basketball courts to provide entertainment. We love to walk inside Bear Paw and take the boat out on the pristine lake. Our children, who are grown now but were young at the time we built our first house in Bear Paw, absolutely loved to come here, and still do. . Since the area has rentals and permanent homes, we did not feel like we were tourists; we felt at home.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We like swimming and fishing on the lake as well as boating. The swimming pool and playground are nice for the little ones. It is such a peaceful place. If you want activities, there are plenty around, but if you want peace and quiet, Bear Paw is hard to beat.
