Whether you’re one large group or multiple families traveling together, you’ll have plenty of space to spread out and get some private time at this spacious beach home. You’ll have a choice between the main house, the second floor of the carriage house, and the carriage house studio apartment, each of which offer a private living space.

☆ MAIN HOUSE ☆

The main house offers three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.

The primary bedroom in the main house is furnished with a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a large closet where you can unpack your belongings. This room also has a lovely ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with a rain shower head.

The second bedroom in the main house offers a queen-sized bed with a trundle and a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom is the bunk room, which offers the ultimate slumber party space with two twin-over-full bunk beds and a Smart Roku-enabled TV. These are not your average bunk beds with a pesky ladder that’s hard to get up and down! Enjoy strolling up the custom-built stairs to get up to and down from the top bunk.

There is a second full bathroom that caters to these rooms that has a shower and tub combination so you can choose between a refreshing rinse or a relaxing soak. Each of the full bathrooms is stocked with starter pack toiletries (including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner)!

☆ CARRIAGE HOUSE STUDIO ☆

The first-floor studio apartment has a king-sized bed and a sleeper sofa and can accommodate 2 to 4 guests. There is also a full bathroom with a sleek walk-in shower.

☆ CARRIAGE HOUSE SECOND FLOOR ☆

The second floor of the Carriage House features two lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms and can sleep up to seven guests.

The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed topped by a plush memory foam mattress. This bedroom has a 55” Roku-enabled TV, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower.

The second bedroom is the bunk room, which features one twin-over-twin bunk bed and one twin-over-full bunk bed. As with the other bedrooms, the guests in this room have access to their own TV.

There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests, and a full bathroom with a shower and tub combo.

Each living space has its own kitchen and lounge, making it easy to spend time as a smaller group or with the whole family. No matter which area you’re staying in, you can look forward to modern stainless steel appliances, flat-screen Smart TVs, and free coffee to start your mornings right. There are two sets of washers and dryers, so you can easily get your laundry done no matter which house you’re staying in.

Enjoy meals with the whole group at the unique teak dining table with seating for 8. There is additional bar top seating in the kitchen. You’ll find a dinner set for 12, plus a kids’ dinner set for 6.

The bright, airy kitchen features all the appliances you’ll need, including a microwave, toaster, slow cooker, blender, pasta strainers, bakeware, and storage containers (ask us if you are looking for something specific). Help yourself to the fully-stocked coffee bar!

This cozy space has a fully stocked kitchenette, including a microwave, Wolfgang Puck countertop oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker. There is seating for 6, making this a perfect place for a more private small-group dinner.

☆ SECOND-FLOOR CARRIAGE HOUSE ☆

This open-concept space also features a unique mural wall to take fun selfies in front of. Comfortable lounging furniture offers a great place to relax in between trips to the beach.

There is a dining room table with seating for 6 people, and a dinner set for 8, plus a kids’ dinner set for 6. Make yourself a coffee and enjoy it out on the private balcony. Like the main house, this fully-stocked kitchen has all the appliances, dishes, and utensils you’ll need.

Hours of entertainment, rain or shine, await in the fun indoor/outdoor game room, located in the converted garage of the Carriage House.

The whole family will love this space. You can sink into the comfy sofa and catch the game on the 75” Smart TV, challenge your crew to a pool tournament, or try to beat the high score on the pinball machine. There’s also a foosball table, tons of board games, a basketball throw game, and an arcade machine with over 10,000 games to choose from. Boredom will not be an issue here!

Fun in the sun awaits in the property’s stunning outdoor space. The heated saltwater pool is sure to please guests of all ages, and there are sun loungers situated along the perimeter so you can go home with a nice vacation tan. If the weather is too warm for your preference, we have a sunshade over part of the pool to keep you cool.

If lazing in the sun seems boring to you, you can dunk basketballs in the pool, play a round or two of putt putt on the mini-course, partake in some yard games, or grab a good book and hang in the hammock.

The outdoor kitchen has everything you need for a tasty BBQ, including a mini-fridge, a propane gas grill with grilling utensils, and an outdoor 43” Smart TV to keep you entertained as you man the grill. This entire area is covered, so you can stay cool as you work. Once it’s time to eat, you can cozy up to the shaded bar area, or enjoy alfresco meals at the 2 outdoor dining tables (each with seating for 8).

Of course, no beach home would be complete without the sand, and we’re located just a short walk (about 4 minutes) from the sugar white sands of the beautiful Gulf Coast. We have all the gear you’ll need for a successful day at the beach, including four beach chairs, two beach umbrellas, a beach cart, two coolers, and a variety of sand toys. Once you get home, you can use the outdoor showers to rinse the sand away before retreating indoors.

Per City Code, the Maximum Permitted Occupancy is capped at 16 individuals, including guests. Exceeding the maximum occupancy limit will result in a fine from local authorities, which the guest will be responsible for and the host, The guest will also be asked to leave.

The City of Destin requires QUIET TIME to be 9PM - 8AM for this residential property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines by the City which will be the responsibility of the guest. Minut noise monitoring devices are used to monitor decibel (DB) levels to comply with City Noise Ordinance.

Free parking on premise in the driveway for 4-5 mid-size cars. Do NOT block the sidewalk Parking is not allowed on the street, sidewalk or on the grass. This is strictly enforced, and the City of Destin. Any tickets/violations will be paid by the guest.
