Ocean Front Condo with AC, Watch Sea Turtles from Our Lanai

Visit our remodeled ocean front get-away. The unit has been remodeled from top to bottom, from ceiling to floor. The master bedroom features a California King bed, night stands with reading lights, built-in cabinets for clothing storage, granite countertop, ceiling fan, 24” flat screen TV and closet with pocket door. Twin pocket doors open toward the hall and bathroom which gives an open and airy feel. The pass through to the kitchen allows you to see the Ocean from the bedroom. Shutters can be drawn between the kitchen and bedroom for privacy.
The new bathroom has been divided between the sink area and the toilet/shower room. The vessel basin is set in the granite countertop. The travertine new shower is oversized and has one fixed shower and one hand-held shower.
The kitchen features a large granite island with cook-top and oven. New cabinets with granite counter tops leave plenty of counter space for food preparation. Clean-up is a synch with the double bowl sink, pull out faucet and stainless dishwasher. The kitchen features a coffee maker, toaster, blender, waffle maker, glasses, dishes and all the utensils you need to prepare your meals. Store your food in the refrigerator which has an automatic ice maker and inside the door glass filler. Choose to eat meals at the counter or at the dining table which seats four while you watch the waves roll in.
When you are done eating, relax on the queen sleeper sofa or sit in the oversized chair and catch the game or news on the 60” flat screen TV. Mirrors on the living room walls allow you to expand your view from almost anywhere in the room.
The toy closet has beach chairs, umbrella, beach mats, a rolling cooler (check the freezer for the ice packs) and boogie boards. The iron and ironing board also hang out here.
Grab a cold drink and move to the lanai. Pull up a chair and watch the turtles swim by.
