We have one of the most spectacular views of Black Water Sound from Unit A505. Take the elevator to the fifth and top floor to the newly renovated and redecorated two-bedroom unit. Sit out on the balcony and watch the sunset or boats sailing by. Outdoors there is plenty of deck space to sit in and enjoy the sun poolside or on the elevated deck overlooking the bay. The newly remodeled recreation center provides you with a tv, ping pong table and a sauna. Tennis courts, games court and basketball court are yours to enjoy.
We have a strict no smoking policy in the unit. Unfortunately, due to condo bylaws, renters are not allowed to bring along their pets.
Key Largo is one of the largest keys in the Florida chain. It is only one hour away from Miami and two hours from Key West. You will find everything you need right here, from large grocery stores to small shops, diving and fishing, and local restaurants featuring delicious meals. There are a vast number of restaurants to try; most are right on the water and some in walking distance of the condo. Just over a mile away is John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. The living coral reef is world famous for scuba diving and snorkeling. Key Largo is known as the Dive and Snorkel Capital of the World!
This recently renovated and redecorated condo has two bedrooms and a bath and one half. All that you could ask for is in the kitchen. Nothing is missing if cooking is a passion! All appliances are new or nearly new, washer, dryer, stove, fridge, dishwasher. New air conditioning unit.
The Florida Keys is a 120 mile-long island chain. Shipwrecks and coral formations inspire the divers, while snorkelers enjoy the more shallow reefs. This island chain is North America’s only living coral barrier reef. The reef is protected and was established as a Natural Marine Sanctuary by the U.S. Government. John Pennekamp Park is less than a mile away and offers a beach and snorkeling opportunity.
Abundant reefs teeming with marine life provides many locations for divers to view the coral formations. There are dive and snorkel areas that are available to view whether this is your first adventure, or if you are an advanced and technical diver. Spiegel Grove wreck is a retired Navy transport ship that was intentionally sunk to support the coral reef eco-system. There are many challenging wrecks in the area. Guides, instructors and charters are all easily and readily available in close proximity to the condo.
Big game fishing in the waters of the Florida Keys and Key Largo abound. Boat charters are available in the area, and you can even hire a guide. Fish in the gulfstream range from sailfish, marlin, mahi mahi (dolphin) to tuna. Flats fishing awaits anglers looking to hook tarpon, and bonefish.
You can bring your own boat, and dock it right at the marina below, easily visible from the condo (up to 30')
