This was a cute little place with a nice deck on the front or I could watch the sunrise and see the fog rising off Donner Lake. My dog enjoyed it as well. Hope to go back during the summer and enjoy the water.

A few minor issues - Need more wash cloths,One garbage was left full in the pantryNo board games or even a deck of cardsA few minor repairs need to be taken care ofThe driveway was difficult to get into due to narrow road, HARD right turn into the driveway, so we needed to go past, turn around and enter from other direction, there were construction vehicles, piles of lumber and outhouses to navigate

We arrived in daylight so finding the place was easy, however I don’t think we could have found it in the dark. The house is up a shared very narrow drive way. As for parking, there is enough room for only one vehicle and only able to pull in and back out (no turning vehicle around). The pictures make the house look more spacious than it is. The place was ok. One room had a bed on top of dressers about 3’ high.Making it impossible to use. Then the other rooms were more for kids with bunk beds. In the bathroom there wasn’t any soap, extra towels or hair products. Both bathroom had broken toilet seat covers. No sponge in the kitchen. The place was extremely warm without any way to cool down to make it comfortable. The one fan was broken. There were a lot of things needing attention.

The house was in a decent spot. The driveway was a bit difficult to find when arriving after dark, suggest arriving in the daylight. The house itself was good if a bit quirky. The bed in the primary bedroom was raised 4' off the floor and the ladder was inside of a closet that was difficult to open. The pillows were flat and provided little support, suggest bringing your own if you like neck support. This was the case for all the bedroom. Lots of space provided with the multiple bunk beds and would be good for a large group. The kitchen was narrow and didn't fit more than one person comfortably.
