Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this private one bedroom home includes a complete kitchenette with mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Bedroom area is comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows and bed coverings. Smart HDTV, free high-speed Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, private lanai, beach essentials, pool, BBQ grill and onsite parking.

Please note that Kauai Island embraces its natural beauty with minimal outdoor lighting and no streetlights, preserving the island's stunning night sky and serene atmosphere. We encourage you to enjoy the magic of Kauai, from its breathtaking beaches to its lush landscapes, just be prepared for a darker evening experience. I think it was a little misrepresented. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable, but there really is no place to cook. This is basically a master bedroom that’s been cut off from the rest of the house with the closet turned into a makeshift counter.. There were no outlets, except by the one sink.. that one sink was supposed to be the bathroom sink and the kitchen sink.. that’s where you had to plug in the coffee pot as well. we saw there was a rice cooker and some other things on the top shelf, but there was no way for us to reach them. We found a little step stool under the bed after we stripped them.. and even with that we couldn’t reach.

Even when something is accurately listed, it’s still helpful to know where the experience can be smoother or more convenient. Not as advertised

Property was completely misrepresented in photo and description. Not a cute little Hawaiian bungalow set apart from... but a brown piece of another attached condo, "complete kitchenette" should simply be kitchenette as there is no cook top or even a hot plate, not ADA compliant in both access and ammenities.

Hi Stephen, Thanks for staying with us and dropping a review. Sorry to hear the place didn’t hit all your expectations. Totally get how that can be frustrating, especially when you’re looking forward to a chill stay in Kauai. Just to clarify a few things , the unit is part of a condo complex, not a standalone house, but it is private inside with full access to the space and outdoor amenities. The kitchenette setup is listed with what’s actually there: mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. No stove or cooktop is included, and we don’t advertise the place as ADA accessible. We do our best to make sure everything’s laid out clearly, but we get that sometimes things don’t land the way we intended. Appreciate you sharing your experience, and hope the rest of your trip went great.

The property was clean and newly updated. The bed was comfortable. The pool area was conveniently located and while I knew it was a studio, it lacked some basic conveniences. There was absolutely no way to cook other than a microwave and small rice maker. No hot plate, stove top, pots or pans,which made cooking breakfast (or anything) very difficult. After shopping at Costco this in combination with the mini fridge made for a rough start. The host was not accommodating or overly understanding when I immediately contacted him/her regarding this inconvenience. There were very few electrical outlets and while the portable air conditioner worked well in the bedroom it didn’t reach the small living room area. The small kitchen sink served the kitchen and bathroom. The host was clear about trash removal but the provided trash cans were very small and no extra bags were provided. Be aware the grill is one community bbq.
