Step outside to enjoy the expansive covered outdoor entertaining space, ideal for lakeside dining and unwinding with family and friends. With a private dock for your boat or jet ski, endless water adventures await. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit near the shoreline for cozy evenings under the stars.

Please note: To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood, we kindly ask guests to refrain from hosting large parties or gatherings. Many of our neighbors are year-round residents, and we appreciate your respect for the community.

This property is well-maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, living, and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, a dishwasher, central heat and air conditioning, cable/satellite television, DVD players, and high-speed Internet service.

We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom so plan according to your needs.

Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.

Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or the 'sleeps' number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.

This property is Dog-friendly. A non-refundable fee per stay, per dog ( 2 dog max) is assessed during the booking process. Dogs must be current with all vaccines, and on a leash at all times during the stay when outside.
