The home is under a noise ordinance between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. During these quiet hours, the pool and outdoor TV are unavailable for guest use. This home is not suitable for groups that are looking for late nights of celebration on the deck. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival. • Travel Insurance Highly Recommended During the winter months, we highly recommend you consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home. No refunds shall be provided if you cannot access the home due to winter weather. • Swimming Pool Accessibility. The swimming pool at Pools of Sunshine is open seasonally between Memorial Day and Labor Day. This Is a Pet-Friendly Property -- Please Read this Important Information! We love our furry friends!
