Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
No need to strip the beds, we will do that for you!
Just make sure all the doors and windows are shut and locked.
Return the house key back under the front door mat. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties/ gatherings/ events unless pre-approved (additional fees will apply). Max. Occupancy is 8 guests unless pre-approved.
No more than 4 vehicles allowed on the property (including the street). The garage and the driveway hold 2 cars each.

The hosts were fantastic. They responded very quickly to all messages we sent to them and were incredibly accommodating to our flexible schedule. The house was very clean, had all of the essentials so that we didn't have to bring items like towels, utensils, or a baby bassinet. The house definitely lived up to the pictures and is close to our favorite attraction... Garden of the Gods. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Would highly recommend staying here!

This place was great. Jessica has it set up perfect. Close to everything. Don’t look anywhere else just book it and stay. From Georgia it was a nice place to relax from in front of the fireplace to in the hot tub. The master bedroom with the walk in shower and large free standing tub was great after a day of visiting site.

So much to do!

The property was beautiful! It was clean and had absolutely everything that we needed! Upon arriving, we were a little unsure of the surrounding neighborhood, but it ended up being very quiet and cozy, while being close to everything! We would highly recommend staying at this property while vacationing in the area. So much to see and do and the house is a wonderful place to relax after a day of hiking and sightseeing!
