Pet friendly however not really any grassy areas for dogs to go. The neighborhood is very sketchy didnt feel safe walking the dog. Place was clean but in need of updated furniture and paint. Bathroom was nice. Could use shelf above sink and hooks to hang things. A couple sounded like they were right in our room yelling at each other at 9:30 pm had their dog out in the middle of the night and left it barking to come back in for 5 minutes. Walls are paper thin or sounds come through the vents you get what you pay for. Not a place I would bring kids

Lets start from the outside in. The neighborhood is total crap. Run down houses, overgrown yards and junked cars. The owner neglects to show the outside of the "cottage", which it is not. It is one long older building like an older style motel where you drive right up to the door, but this place is now surrounded by a privacy fence so you cant see it until you go thru the wooden gate. There is some type of care facility right beside where many many people sit outside and smoke heavily all day and evening, which leaves a strong smell of cigarettte smoke in the air. The hot tub is old and had such a strong odor of chlorine so I did not use it. Once inside the "old motel room" was clean and had obviously been remodeled by the local handyman. Kitchen counter formica coming loose. Very little cooking supplies and no spices or even salt and pepper. No ice maker in fridge. The full size bed had a 6" thick camper mattress which was cheap and uncomfortable. The couch sat on like a 50 couch. NO USB plug ins anywhere. The bathroom sink was pulling away from the wall so I had to be careful not to put any weight on it. The shower curtain was too high and outside so water got all over the floor during showers. No lid on the toilet. The walls are very thin. The people who live in #6, next door, could be heard talking, yelling, dog barking, music thumping and tv noise. If I would not have have lost my payment for the place I would have turned around and stayed elsewhere.
Sofa bed is terrible sleep. The location was great. Place was clean and the big shower was wonderful.

The room was clean. The description doesn't match the property. The property is not a cottage (a small free-standing building, usually single occupant or family). Instead, this was a one-room apartment/studio. I found the walls to be very thin, and the occupants of room 6 were having screaming fights at 6am on two separate days. The bed was not comfortable, I'd strongly recommend getting a mattress topper, because I could easily feel the springs through the mattress. That would be an inexpensive but big quality-of-life upgrade. The management staff was extremely responsive, there was expected to be an Iron in the room and there was not. Within 20 minutes of me making the request, the management team had gone and purchased and delivered a new one.
