Mr. Sam was an amazing host he not only kept in constant communication, he even sent recommendations on restaurants in the area and even family/kid friendly adventures as we never have been to Colorado. Very smooth from check in to check out. Jason was always responsive. House was in a nice neighborhood and you could walk to the historic area of Old Colorado City. Hiking close by. We enjoyed Garden of the Gods and Red Rock Open Space.

Perfect location. House adorable craftsmanship. Very well stocked with kitchen supplies, even has a lot of small appliances, pots and pans were nice also. Centally located to eveything. Not really a complaint, but ladies bring an extra mirror. If we are back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.
