Kiawah has a lot to offer: beach, pools, biking, fishing, crabbing and relaxing. Kiawah has over 20 miles of paved bike paths for biking, walking or roller blading. My unit is 26 Inlet Cove.
The Inlet Cove Club offers a little more than other areas of Kiawah. It is located on the West Beach. We are a few minutes walk to the beach and have a large pool area with bathhouse, a boat dock/pier for fishing and crabbing.
The house is a three-bedroom unit with a queen size bed in the master bedroom, two twin-size beds in each of the other bedrooms. There are two full baths. The screened in porch has 4 rocking chairs for relaxing and listening to nature. The house also has an alarm clock radio in the master bedroom, flat-screen TV and stereo with CD player in the den. A gas grill is included for grilling up your fresh catch of the day.

I lived in Charleston for 12 years, and fell in love with its beauty. In 1997, I finally decided to purchase a house near the beach, because I visited the beach as much as possible.
The Owner purchased this cottage in 1997
I bought this house due to its family friendly environment and peaceful surroundings. The island provides everyone with the vacation they look for, whether a vacation filled with activities or just spending your time lounging on the beach.
My family visits the cottage every year, just to get away from the crazy life of a city. Inlet Cove is our special getaway for some family bonding. We make it a ritual to canoe and enjoy fishing.
This house was perfect for a long weekend trip to the beach. The bedrooms were a bit larger than they look in the pictures, and the open plan of the dining and living area was nice. The kids liked being able to eat at the table in the kitchen, away from the adults. And we all enjoyed the screened porch. The open deck is off the master bedroom, so we did not use it. You can see the community pool from the front deck (1/2 block down the street), so that was really convenient. The pool facility itself is quite nice - parts were shaded every time we went, and there were nice restrooms, a baby pool, and a sitting area overlooking the fishing pier. From the cottage, it was a 10 minute walk to the beach parking lot, then another 5 minutes across the boardwalk. The beach was great, and not super crowded. We had a great visit, and will definitely consider renting this cottage again on a return trip. The owner was great to work with, and answered all our questions quickly.
We loved the house, the location was perfect, and my whole family had a relaxing and entertaining time! The beach was a short 2 min bike ride away, all the trails were beautiful, and the pool was a nice treat. We will def be staying again in the future!
Perfect! Kiawah River with dock, swimming pool, both to be seen out the front!! Ride a bike to the beach! Owners extremely accommodating ! Priced just right! Vacations are what you make them! This cottage is a super great place to make "great family memories"!
