3-bdrm home is a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and modern coastal charm. Walk to Mission Bay (Crown Point Park), close to excitement of PB beaches. Open, light-filled floor plan downstairs with open kitchen and living room to hang out! New appliances. 3 upstairs bedrooms. 2 bathrooms (1 bathroom downstairs, 1 upstairs). Outdoor patio spaces. 2 parking spots in driveway directly in front of the home. Guests will be asked to agree to rules within 24 hours of booking. This is your perfect play to relax after a day of exploring San Diego!

Longer stay guest are welcome, with additional terms.

Pacific Beach offers a vibrant day and night scene, famous attractions SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, and Balboa Park are a short drive. Centrally located from major universities, medical centers, and venues. This makes our location a great spot if you're in town for a graduation, conference, wedding, etc!

Truly make this the trip you want- museums, to breweries and wineries, to beach walks and paddleboarding, shows/concerts, sunset cruises, ghost tours, professional sporting events and more!
The possibilities are endless and as your host, we are happy to provide tips and suggestions so you can make the most out of your time!

This is a beautiful house in an amazing location. Myself and my two boys (18 and 20) walked to restaurants, The Gym (it's a gym called The GYM - awesome gym!), and had an easy drive to everything else in San Diego.

The house was perfect for our family of 7 - we had four adults, two kids under 10, and a teenager. The property was clean, cozy, and very well kept. You are within walking distance of the beach and pretty much a 15-20 min drive from any where you’d like to go. We would definitely recommend this place and if we return for another trip, we would love to stay here again.

Beautiful 3 bedroom house with 2 parking spaces. The house is well take care of, very clean, up to date finishes, and well decorated. Beds were comfy, the house a/c was cool, kitchen was very spacious. This is one of the nicest houses we have stayed at in San Diego. Perfect for our family and we would definitely return!

Why they chose this property

We love this pocket of San Diego. It's a short walk to beautiful Mission Bay. You first encounter the unique Kendall Marsh Preserve, then continue on to Crown Point Shores, where you find a walking path that will take you further along Mission Bay. Just down the street is all the fun of Pacific Beach, with many shops, restaurants, and ocean activities.

What makes this property unique

As a San Diegan, I've stayed in many beach hotels and vacation rentals as a staycation with my family. We designed this home with our previous experiences in mind! We wanted a clean, modern, comfortable space, with all the essentials of a home. We also love that outdoor activities are plentiful!
