Mission Beach is the closest thing in San Diego to classic East Coast beaches like Atlantic City and Coney Island. Expect to find all different types of free spirits, sporting all kinds of styles - from dreadlocks to designer jeans to bikinis! Everyone engages in all different kinds of sports and activities - skating, skateboarding, surfing, kayaking and cycling to name a few. And that's only one side of the Mission Beach story. It is a ONE MINUTE walk to the ocean and a TWO MINUTE walk across Mission Blvd to Mission Bay. You'll find middle-aged professionals out for a run, kids learning to sail at the Aquatic Center, and families picnicking on the grass.

This lovely beach house is located on the OCEAN side of Niantic Court steps away from Mission Beach and a walk across the street from Mission Bay. So whether you’re one of those free spirits, professionals, or families, this beach house is perfect for your vacation.

Continually upgraded and refurnished, you’ll notice this 1600 sq. ft. beach house is immaculate & very comfortable. There are 3 bedrooms and 2½ baths. Sleeps 8.

Living Room - Large, very comfortable sectional, 50’ wall-mounted TV with digital cable and DVD player, fireplace, IPOD dock for music, Xbox Kinect plus two games and ocean view from windows.

KITCHEN - Deluxe kitchen that includes everything in a kitchen you could desire. Ocean/patio view from kitchen.

PATIOS - TWO PRIVATE patios. Upper patio is covered & has new furniture and a fire-pit table. Lower patio is large & uncovered with court entrance to both the ocean and the bay. The lower patio has a BBQ & a large patio table/chairs.

MASTER BEDROOM - Fully furnished with queen sized bedroom set, wall-mounted TV w/ digital cable and a DVD player, Ipod dock, window views of the ocean, and jetted tub in the master bath.

BEDROOM 2 - Fully furnished with queen bedroom set, TV, digital cable and window views of the ocean.

BEDROOM 3 - Fully furnished with queen bedroom set, TV & a double-bed futon that sleeps 2. There are window views of Mission Bay. In the evenings you can see the fireworks from Sea World.

PARKING - There are 4 PARKING SPOTS: 3 are large & covered, and 1 is uncovered and suitable for a compact car.

There is a new washer/dryer. There are plenty of children's toys in the laundry room!

We had such a great time. This rental was perfect for our needs. We had our almost 2 year old grandson with us and his parents. Loved walking along the boardwalk, which goes forever. Lots of restaurants and coffee, shops, and bakeries within walking distance. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a great stay at this beach house! Being able to walk to the beach was amazing and the overall location left us close to everything. We stayed here with 6 adults and had plenty of space to relax, cook, sleep, etc. The house was clean and exactly like the pictures provided. The host was quick to respond to questions and easy to communicate with. The 4 parking spaces were also so great! We rented a car, and they upgraded us to a bigger vehicle, and it was hard to fit under the parking area without 3 eyes on the vehicle, if you’re renting a car, I’d recommend a smaller car!

Great property in Mission Beach

Property and location were just what we were looking for. Family of 5 had plenty of space, great to have parking, near beach and it seemed 15-20 minutes from the main San Diego attractions. The property was clean and really did have everything we could want. Without a doubt would stay here again.

Incredible Property

This was an amazing place and as advertised. Very updated place, great location, the host has thought of everything. Quiet and close to the beach. Parking on site which is a plus, it’s tight but they all are near the beach. If you have some mobility issues be aware of all the stairs. 10/10.

Fantastic property, perfectly situated between the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay. It’s an easy walk to both, yet set back just enough to offer privacy from the tourist traffic. The home has all the comforts you could want, including a spacious living room with a plush sofa and big-screen TV, a fully stocked kitchen, and a very functional laundry room.Parking is a breeze with a private carport beneath the property—no need to stress about finding a street spot. We also loved the outdoor amenities, especially the fire pit/table and gas BBQ grill.The owner and her family were warm, friendly, and communicative, making check-in and check-out effortless.HIGHLY recommended for anyone wanting to visit this area.
