Sweet little spot. It was like a magical firefly holler in the evening. We were only in town for 1 night, so I wish we had more time to explore the farm, but we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Loved getting to pet & feed the animals. Perfect, peaceful getaway.
This is hands down now my fiancée and I’s favorite place to stay around Boone. We stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate our anniversary on a long weekend and we wish we didn’t ever have to leave! The animals were SO adorable, we made sure to stop by and see them every day and we spent an entire day of our trip just exploring the whole property. We are huge animal and nature lovers so this place was absolutely perfect for us as well as the airstream being in a more private location on the farm with our own hot tub. Super romantic vibes while at the airstream and super fun when exploring! Ps, Flynn the pig is a sweetie and loves belly rubs and carrots and the rest of the animals loved carrots and collards.
Such a great place. The airstream is super private but easy to get to the farm and see the baby goats. Lots of swings and toys around the farm to play on - a zip line across the creek and pickleball and lots of short walking paths. Loved it. Will return:)
This is a sweet little place of joy, exactly as advertised! The property had dozens of whimsical decorations and nooks carved out to sit a spell and rest. Staying on property is an activity in itself, so carve out time during your stay!
Haha, yes, the driveway has some grading to it and is a tougher walk down, but you can always drive down and park and enjoy all the amenities :) Try one of our other 6 cabins next time, like our tiny home right next to the petting zoo... but so happy you still had the 5 star experience!
The petting zoo and shack for firewood/s'mores/eggs were great to have on site. Beautiful and clean. A/C was a must for summer heat and worked wonderfully. The hot tub was hot! It was quiet and partially secluded; other tenants on the hill, could see you. Error on the side of caution: the entryway into the bedroom and washroom are not designed for non-flexible and/or large-framed individuals. We didn't have a problem, but certain individuals would. (Granted it's 25 y/o Airstream, people were smaller-framed back then.) The trailer sits on a tilt as well. So, if you have poor balance or vertigo, it may be helpful to stay in the other two buildings.
We absolutely loved everything about the place! So many nooks and crannies for storage! They had everything one could need. It’s always a full 10 degrees cooler here so it was just perfect for a July weekend. It was around 68 at night and perfect for a fire at the wonderful fire pit. The property had so much to do during the day. Our dog loved meeting a goat and llama. Seriously, they’ve thought of everything! This was a great weekend stay!
Amazing!!! If you want the most magical stay that includes petting and feeding sweet animals, pickle ball, hiking, tubing, and much more then this is your spot! They have multiple places here for rent. Connie was so helpful. Everyone was super friendly. Our airstream was clean and the hot water worked great…so did the AC! Where we were we felt like we had plenty of privacy and it was great for a couple only or a little family of 3. We have a boy that is 11years old and he loved EVERYTHING!!! Highly recommend the Magic Mountain Resort!
It is just the best here, the views, the animals and all. Me and my girlfriend is planning on coming back this fall because of how great the experience was.
Very peaceful and quiet. I would have liked if the pictures that are posted on the website matched more accurately to the property itself. Be aware that the views are of mountains and trees only, no distance view of any stream, creek, etc. A little disappointed. I understood that I would need to walk to any type of water to enjoy my breakfast coffee. However, the picture is misleading. When booking site unseen, I thought I was doing my due diligence in inquiring ahead of my stay regarding my desire to at least enjoy some type of “water” view while sitting on the front area of the airstream. Also, no chairs at the fire pit. I have a bad back, so sitting on a log was not an option. WiFi should be a must in that area, travelled alone with my dog and had no “consistent” connection, this is unsafe for any guest(s). It is pitch black at night, so I was uncomfortable knowing that I had spotty service. Note: the host(s) were very accommodating allowing me to check in early and always replied to my messages within a timely manner.
This was my first time renting an RV so I wasn't prepared for just how tiny the bathroom is for a big girl. It was very cute, the hot tub felt amazing and I slept great.
