The Views Will Blow You Away!! Charming log home in gated community of Grandview Peaks in Nebo, NC. Everywhere you look are layered views of Grandfather Mountain, Table Rock & Shortoff Mountain. The picture perfect sunsets behind the towering Black Mountain Range are the perfect end to each peaceful day. This street is named Night Sky Dr. for good reason. A star-gazer's dream with big open sky. Bring your telescope! Open layout, spacious great room w/ stacked-stone gas fireplace centerpiece. Lovely granite counters, wood cabinets in kitchen. Stainless Maytag appliances. Primary bed & bath on main level. Entryway is large mudroom/laundry w/ 1/2 bath. Upstairs has a small loft - perfect home office; currently has futon bed for extra sleeping room; large guest bedroom & bath w/ tile shower upstairs. Naturally-manicured, fenced-in yard w/ gentle slope & rustic firepit seating.

Beautiful Retreat

Loved the peace and quiet and accommodations were very comfortable. The property was clean and included all the amenities.

Beautiful mountain top property had everything we needed. Well stocked, comfortable spaces, indoor and out. About 30 minutes from Marion or Lake James. We brought our boat and spent a day on lake James. We also enjoyed fishing in the community stocked pond and caught a few large bass. There is also some easy hiking trails near the pond to a waterfall.

The cabin was beautiful and very clean. Very welcoming! The views were gorgeous! Our only issue was trying to find the cabin because the address did not show up on GPS. However, we ran into friendly neighbors who helped us navigate to the right cabin. My only suggestion to the host would be to provide a few extra thick blankets to sit outside during cold weather! Other than that, it was amazing!

Beautiful Cabin

Our family loved this cabin, it was perfect for our family of 6. The process to book was simple and was able to get quick responses to all our questions. Cabin is clean, well maintained and in a great location and the view from the porch was breathtaking. Will return.

Beautiful Mountain Getaway

This house is absolutely amazing! Tucked away in the mountains with a beautiful view, the hosts offer the ultimate getaway. The house was comfortable and the back porch has stunning views of mountains for as far as the eye can see. The hosts are dog-friendly and went above and beyond to make it home for the holiday! Would absolutely recommend, and I will definitely be back!

Breathtaking Views from Cozy Cabin Getaway

Our family of four had the pleasure of staying in this gorgeous cabin overlooking the mountains. Extremely clean and well-stocked. Decor was very tasteful. Cabin was cozy and extremely comfortable. Setting was perfect- secure location with absolutely beautiful mountain views. And the owner was very responsive. We hope to return soon to the area and this will be our first choice of place to stay!

great well stocked house in western NC.

We had a wonderful family getaway in Western NC. Despite hundreds of miles or hiking paths in the surrounding areas, our kids favorite hikes were on the paths in the neighborhood. The house was well stocked with supplies, coffee, spices, garbage bags etc. The welcome basket was appreciated. We will likely be back in next fall.

Beautiful views and neighborhood

The neighborhood itself is beautiful, surroundings and views are gorgeous, peaceful. I loved spending time in the morning in the back porch. We brought our dogs who enjoyed their time getting fresh air too. Hosts were so hospitable. I brought a lot of kitchen items from home, but they had everything we would’ve needed. They really provided everything and more. We really appreciated the binder with things to do places to see/eat/grab a beer. Everything was so thoughtful. We would highly recommend!
