Thank you for your review and feedback, we will certainly address your concerns. As you said the hot tub at this property is not advertised, unfortunately we are still waiting for parts for repairs. The Snowcreek Athletic Club is a great facility available to all guests and is very family friendly, and is open until 9pm, however perhaps Seasonal hours apply. Again the laundry is not advertised at this property so is not an amenity that is available to guests. At this time of the year it is very common that Mammoth Warms up and most of the unit in Mammoth do not have AC, we do offer fans for your use.
