You’ll have the whole place to yourself—including the gym, pool, games, laundry room, and peaceful verandas. Everything is yours to enjoy!

Other things to note:

• We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces.
• The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round.
• This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.
• Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $150/day minimum. There is a 2 day minimum charge for pool heating. Pricing is based on current SDGE natural gas rates. Spa heating is always free, just press the button on the remote to turn on the jets and begin heating.
• Pool toys and floaties shown in the photos are for staging purposes only and are not guaranteed to be available during your stay. However, guests occasionally leave behind floaties they’ve purchased, and when they do, we keep them at the property—so there are often some available for use.
• A $100 pet fee per pet applies (up to 2 small dogs) to cover deep cleaning after checkout.
• Hosting more than 13 guests? Each additional guest will incur an extra $50 per night.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead of time and is subject to additional fees and availability.

The house was amazing. Such a wonderful space for hosting a group of friends/family. The patio space is huge. With lots of space to hang out or spread out. The grill worked really well. The beds were as good or better than other rentals I've stayed at. Just overall an incredible find. Only small complaint was that the management company could be a little slow to respond. We didn't really have any issues past the first day though, so it wasn't a problem.

This house is stunning!!! It’s even better than the pictures and had everything we needed and more. It’s in a great location yet you don’t even need to leave the house if you don’t want to. Beaches and great restaurants are a quick drive and the house is equipped with tons of games, a BBQ outside and the perfect pool so you can really enjoy the home. It truly feels like your own oasis :) My family and I had the best time, thank you for a great stay! Can’t wait to come back!

Tulum Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Loved that the location was close to all the attractions and restaurants we were interested in visiting. The kids and adults loved the pool and games in the outdoor area. The outdoor area is also very well designed with different zones. The home is set up so guests can easily be all be together in the main entertaining area. The island is large and has a good amount of seating. I feel like the owners really put thought into all aspects of the rental property for ease of usage.

Amazing Vacation Getaway

Our group and I came in on the first weekend of December for a bachelor trip and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The location is central to just about all of the top things to do in SD, while also being ridiculously gorgeous and packed with stuff to do. The backyard with the pool, spa, bonfire, etc. is EXACTLY as it looks in the photos. You literally cannot go wrong with staying here.

What makes this property unique

San Carlos is one of those San Diego neighborhoods that locals love to keep to themselves. It's tucked away in the hills and home to one of the city’s most iconic natural spots—Cowles Mountain. This peak stands at 1,591 feet, making it the highest point within San Diego’s city limits. On a clear day, you’ll catch sweeping views of the ocean, downtown, and even Mexico from the top!

If you're into hiking or just want a good excuse to get outside, Cowles is a must. The main trailhead is only about a mile and a half away (near Navajo and Golfcrest) and has parking and restrooms. The hike itself is about three miles round-trip and climbs 1,000 feet, so bring water and sunscreen—there’s not much shade, but the views are totally worth it.

This area has a laid-back, outdoorsy vibe and is super convenient for exploring San Diego. You're close to nature, but also not far from shops, restaurants, and fun spots for the whole family. Just a few minutes away, you’ve got Mission Trails Regional Park—over 8,000 acres of trails, hills, and Lake Murray, which is perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking, or a peaceful walk by the water.

If you're up for a bit of a challenge, try the “Secret Stairs” in La Mesa's Mt. Nebo/Windsor Hills neighborhood. It’s a fun little workout with great views. And if you're traveling with kids, Harry Griffen Park is always a hit—huge grassy spaces, a playground, and even live music in the summer.

For those who love the water, Lake Murray is just a short drive away with options to bike, walk, or rent a little boat for the afternoon (don’t forget your fishing license if you’re casting a line!). No license? No worries—Santee Lakes is only about seven miles away and perfect for a laid-back day of fishing or just soaking in the sun.
