Welcome to our haven of tranquility nestled in Hawi's breezy back country. At an elevation of 1800ft, our stylish retreat offers a refreshing escape from the ordinary. Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee and immerse yourself in the soothing symphony of wind whistling through the trees. The gentle rustling of leaves creates the perfect backdrop for moments of serenity. It's the perfect opportunity to embrace the wonders of nature and revitalize your spirit. Come to enjoy the peace. This haven has a nice large space to move about, it has a large bedroom with a king size bed along with a full bath & kitchen. You also have a garage to park a car. Laundry area is also available. 1 Bed, 1 Bath, Livingroom, Kitchen, Garage, Yard You're welcome to call or text me upon arrival, if you have any questions & concerns. This rural ranch neighborhood provides an enchanting and authentic experience for those seeking solace in nature's embrace. Whether you prefer a leisurely stroll along the backcountry roads, admire the graceful movements of horses, or simply want to unwind in the midst of unspoiled beauty, this area promises a memorable and peaceful retreat. One of the highlights of the neighborhood is the opportunity to breathe in the crisp and fresh Kohala air. The clean, unpolluted atmosphere revitalizes the senses and invites a deep sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. For nature enthusiasts, the area offers a splendid opportunity to observe the natural world. You might encounter various bird species singing sweet melodies, colorful butterflies dancing in the breeze. The Barnside is approx 3 miles uphill from the two towns Hawi & Kapaau. Walking into town is not recommended due to the lack of sidewalks. It’s a easy drive down the hill to shops, post office, eating places, gas stations, and the Grocery stores Our property is working ranch with cattle and horses, they are completely fenced off from your area, but close enough to get up front and personal if you please. Adjacent to your cabin a fence that retains 2 dogs (Black Cane Corso “Saber”) & (Brown mixed “Rusty”) please do not feed the dogs for they are on a strict diet due to allergies

Fantastic home rented on short notice. The house is perfect for a short or long stay. Fulfilled every need on this trip and more. Property owner was very nice and helped me complete some of my family business before flying back to Kentucky.

The house is wonderful! Lots of great cooking gadgets, lovely big tv. Bathroom was great-huge shower lots of towels . Great views from all the windows! Love the horses , cattle , sheep, birds and turkeys . Damian was a great host! Had minor issue he attended to immediately. Great communication!! Can be to great beaches and restaurants in a hour. Some wonderful snorkeling around too. Had zero issues. Do not stay here if you need lots of company or don’t like animals. Was perfect to us.
