Please take a moment to review the following Regal Palm Policies:

• Resort Fee:
Regal Palms charges a mandatory resort fee of $20.00 a day + tax (per household, not per person) - this daily fee covers your entire party for a maximum of 10 people and each member will be provided with their wristband. Wristbands grant you access to the pool area, lazy river, waterslide, game room, spa, clubhouse, and gym area. Spa services are at an additional cost.
• Check-in:
• Guests need to check in at the clubhouse upon arrival
• Only the primary guest listed on the reservation can check in. If another person is checking in, please notify us in advance so we can update the reservation accordingly.
• Guests must wear wristbands for gate access and should note that their IDs will be scanned upon arrival at the clubhouse.

• Incidentals:
• A $100 incidental hold is required at check-in for wristbands and pool towel cards. Funds will be returned upon check-out by Regal Palm, with a 3-5 day processing time for credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diner Club with EMV chips. No prepaid cards, please)

• No Parties:
• Please keep noise levels down to ensure everyone's comfort.
• Parties may result in a $250 fine


Parking Instructions

• Please park only in designated driveways; space is provided for two standard vehicles or three small cars.
• A pass will be provided at the clubhouse upon your arrival (following check-in). No street or grass parking. No trailers, RVs, or oversized vehicles are allowed.
• Overnight parking at the clubhouse is $10 per night (must obtain the pass)
