Casa Ventana al Mar is a 4 bedroom, ocean-view villa with private saltwater pool located in the quiet north end of Sayulita. The large open living room features a soaring 30 foot palapa, ideal for indoor/outdoor living. Each bedroom offers privacy with its own en-suite bathroom, terrace, ceiling fan, air conditioning and screened doors. The entire house has a water purification system so you are safe to drink from the taps. There is also high speed fiber optic wifi.
The space
The large open living room is the perfect place to relax with family and friends, have a movie night, play games or simply watch the sunset over the blue pacific.

The kitchen and dining areas are outfitted with everything you will need to make delicious meals. Enjoy a leisurely dinner seated at the beautiful handcrafted copper dining table.

Casa Ventana al Mar boasts one of Sayulita's state of the art saltwater pools. The private tropical grounds surrounding the pool area are filled with palms, red ginger, bananas bougainvillea and heliconia. A soaring palapa was recently constructed with a deck for yoga, lounging, workouts, etc. There is a covered poolside palapa with a built-in gas bbq grill, outdoor sink, and shower. The pool is not heated but extremely refreshing.

All bedrooms have king beds (not flexible- sleeping for 8 adults comfortably). The Casita has a built-in bench with a daybed cushion suitable only for a child. A pack-n-play crib is available.

Guest access
Casa Ventana al Mar is located on the quiet and tranquil north end of Sayulita. A three minute walk down a cobblestone path takes you to the beach and a 10-15 minute walk takes you to town.

Depending on your individual needs, we can arrange for roundtrip airport pick-up along with a grocery stop. Golf cart rentals can also be organized as well as recommendations for car rental agencies.
Other things to note
CHILDREN
Children are welcome at Ventana al Mar. However, please be aware that, like many Villas in Sayulita, there are low balconies and therefore toddlers and small children require special attention.

TIPS
It is customary to tip the house staff. We ask that you provide tips directly to individual staff prior to your departure. Please let us know if you would like tipping recommendations.

HOLIDAY STAYS
7 night stay required for Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year's dates. Fri-Fri, Sat-Sat or Sun-Sun check-in/check-outs.

No events allowed unless prior consultation with owner. No loud parties allowed.
