You will enjoy direct access to a private beach, easily reached through charming gardens that wind down to the water's edge. By choosing us, you immerse yourself in an authentic nature experience where you can share the environment with local wildlife (such as birds and coatis). The access road is a jungle path currently maintained by a private neighbors' fund, making it accessible for any car; however, for your maximum comfort during your travels, we recommend a SUV or truck. Guests have full, exclusive access to the main palapa and its private pool. Your stay includes the use of the natural paths within our gated property that lead directly to the beach. Due to the surrounding cliffs and large rock formations, this beach area is highly secluded and offers exceptional privacy. Please note that according to Mexican law, the shoreline is a natural public zone, though the rugged terrain makes it very difficult for outsiders to access, ensuring a peaceful and private atmosphere. We are available to you as much as you need. We prefer to give our guests total privacy, but we are always just a message away through the platform or by phone for local recommendations, questions about the house, or any assistance you may need to ensure a perfect stay. This means the house is not a hermetically sealed structure like an urban hotel room. By choosing to stay with us, you agree to a full jungle immersion experience, which includes: Local Wildlife: It is normal and expected to see coatis, raccoons, exotic birds, and seasonal insects. These are part of the ecosystem, and their presence is not grounds for complaints or refunds. Climate: The sea breeze and sounds of nature are constant, but so are the humidity and natural dust inherent to a jungle environment. Connectivity and Utilities: We provide the best possible internet system for our remote location: two Starlink (satellite) services and one local service. However, due to our geographic location and weather conditions, service may experience temporary interruptions beyond our control. We cannot guarantee an infallible connection for critical work, and no refunds will be granted for internet or power outages caused by external factors. Maintenance and Reporting Policy: We strive to keep the property in perfect condition. If upon arrival you find anything that does not meet your expectations regarding cleanliness or functionality, it is mandatory to report it within the first 4 hours of your stay so our team can resolve it immediately. No claims or refund requests will be processed after the stay has ended or if we were not given the opportunity to fix the issue at the time of occurrence. Access: The access road is a dirt path through the jungle. While neighbors maintain the road and it is accessible for any car, we recommend an SUV for your maximum comfort.
