The condo features all the modern amenities you'll find at home including cable DVD, VCR, Wi-Fi , attached garage, washer & dryer, dishwasher, gas cook top stove and a BBQ. Along with the comforts of home, you'll enjoy the outdoor deck and a small game room off the master bedroom overlooking the living room.

For guests vacationing during the summer months, you'll have access to several amenities offered to you through Tahoe Donner Association. The Association offers 2 clubhouses, Trout Creek Recreation Center which is directly across the street from the condo. This offers a driving range, pool, spa, massage therapists, workout machines and much more. Just up the road from the condo is a small grocery store and the Tahoe Donner Golf Course. This 18 hole course is nestled within the splendor of towering pines and wandering creeks. After finishing your round on the challenging and unique 18th hole, be sure to enjoy the fine dining and your favorite beverage at The Lodge Restaurant and Pub. Tahoe Donner offers the use of their private marina on the east end of Donner Lake. Here you can enjoy a BBQ, swimming, boat rentals and the use of the private boat launch. Crawdad fishing is a favorite of the kids. Just down the road from the condo is the Northwoods Clubhouse. Here you'll find a pool, tennis courts and bocce ball courts.
Oh yes, there is also a horse stable at Tahoe Donner!

For guests vacationing in the winter months Tahoe Donner offers several winter activities. The driving range in the summer is now a sledding hill. A couple of miles up the road from the condo, Tahoe Donner offers the use of their private, family-friendly ski hill. Along with downhill skiing and snowboarding you'll have access to an extensive network of groomed cross-country skiing trails. A short 25 minutes from the condo will take you to several world famous ski slopes to include Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Boreal, Sugar Bowl and NorthStar.

The use of all amenities in the Tahoe Donner Association are made available through the use of Guest Member cards which are included in your rental. All amenities in Tahoe Donner require a fee for use.
