It is located two flights up in a gut renovated historic brownstone townhouse. It boasts high ceilings, hardwood floors, large windows and best of all, a balcony which faces a private garden. Enjoy the comfort of our apartment while exploring the New York City! This apartment is perfect for your NYC visit!

Incredible location but the boiler was crazy loud in the morning and woke us up. WiFi didn’t work and the house wasn’t particularly clean - especially under the bed.

Excellent place to stay on every measure. Points for improvement-More consumables (toilet roll, dishwasher tabs, hand gel) etc would be helpful.

Excellent location right off Central Park West. Building is older but apartment was clean and well-kept. Communication with management was superb - very quick to help with anything!

The apartment was everything we could have hoped for, and more. I was traveling with an 11 year old grandson and he loved it too. Great immediate communication, AMAZING location, wonderful old, but modernized unit, high ceilings, fabulous big wood doors, A/C worked great. Couldn’t have been more pleased. Thank you

Wonderful apartment in a lovely neighborhood.

I found this rental quickly after my last needed to cancel. The host was quick to repsond to all my questions and inquiries. It's a great locatin and gave us the feel of being real New Yorkers even if only for a few days. We would definitely stay here again.

Not A Great Experience

I had booked this upper westside apartment for a fun 9 days in Manhattan. I grew up in this neighborhood and was really excited about my vacation. Unfortunately when I got there the common area of the building was dirty and there was a sign saying that vacation rentals were illegal and not tolerated in the building. Bad start! When I got to the apartment it was in disrepair and not clean at all. The window heaters did not work and the Wifi was not working correctly. The bed was uncomfortable and overall I just didn't feel as if I could stay there. My second day I contacted the property management company who rents it and after some discussion I got a full refund which I am very thankful for.

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment has everything you need plus more. Location was perfect. Full size appliances in kitchen so if you don’t want to eat out this is a nice option. I hVe no complaints. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect UWS Location

Wow! What a great property. First off, top notch communication. I felt taken care of at all times. Second, location, location, location! Just a block from the American Museum of History and Science, STEPS from Central Park and so many restaurants and shops on Columbus St. this is the perfect place to call home while you explore all the Upper West Side has to offer! Super easy to get to. There is a subway station a block away, Citi Bike dock right across the street, it’s so easy to get to and from this property. The unit itself was clean, with ample AC, fans, linens, etc. full kitchen for your cooking needs. Bathroom had incredible lighting too! I was steps from the hustle and bustle of the city but slept so good! Will definitely be returning! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
