The property was exactly as described and included all the amenities down to sand toys for the kids. The owners take great care to provide what guests need most and everything was in working order with great attention to detail. I highly recommend this spotless property and the considerate and thoughtful owners.

Great rental. Very nice, clean and comfortable house. Backyard and pool were great. Indoor showers were great too. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cookware, dishes, etc. Also, great binder in the home with instructions and recommendations for the area. Would definitely rent again.

The check-in process was easy and quick. The house was clean and ready for new guests. All amenities were provided as stated. They also have a clean, working grill that we used a few times. Pool was clean and yard was well maintained. Communication was prompt and effective. When we dealt with a wifi issue (not the hosts fault) they were in constant communication with the provided and us until it was fixed, which was quick. Excellent work on behalf of the hosts.Kitchen area was clean and comfortable. Beds and bedding were great, bathrooms were nice and clean. A/C was central air, and kept the house nice and cool, even during historic record breaking temperatures while we were there.Would, and probably will, rent again when we are back in the area.

Quiet Lovely Property

Our family came to Oceanside for a family reunion. Events were held down at the beach. This home was a great, comfortable base to return home to everyday. The pool was wonderful and very clean. The backyard very relaxing. Book with confidence!

Just right!

Great location and value. Hot tub warms up fast. The outdoor furniture is excellent. Having access to the washer/dryer is a huge plus. We would love to stay here again! Thank you.

Spacious Relaxing Oasis

This was an awesome house to stay at! We all had enough breathing room for ourselves and all of our things which made stretching out very nice. The house itself feels very homey and comfortable and the backyard was a very relaxing oasis! We loved cooking steaks on the provided grill and the hot tub was exactly what we needed at the end of the day. Trevor and Heidi were very nice hosts and responded to my inquires quickly. We would definitely come back, 10/10 recommend!

Legoland family trip

The property was perfect for our family trip to Legoland-California. The house and grounds are very well maintained. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. The beds are very comfortable. The pool is small, but was perfect for our kids. Plenty of towels for the pool or beach. Lots of beach toys included, although we did not go to the beach. The property owners are very communicative. First rate VRBO property.

Excellent stay at a spacious, well designed property

Entire experience, from booking to departure was highlighted by the interior open design, a clean pool, a well heated jacuzzi and Excellent Communication with the owner(s). We encountered a few instances of a lack of understanding on our part as to how something worked and the Owner(s) responded in short order, clearing up the confusion. My wife was very impressed with all of the kitchen equipment and dish options...everything she could have thought of was available. Well done Owners! We would stay there again without a second thought.
