Beautiful Brewster Cape Cod Home. Newly Renovated and abuts Nickerson State Park
Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 full-bath spacious fully updated sparkly clean cape house in Brewster MA. The private full acre lot backs directly up to Nickerson State park. Easy access to bay beaches and ponds.
Four bedrooms. Master with king bed and en-suite bath, 2 additional upstairs bedrooms. One with 2 twin beds and one with a queen plus twin. 1st floor bedroom with queen and the third full bath. Rear deck overlooking Nickerson State Park and outdoor shower.
Newly renovated. This is our family vacation home that we enjoy and where we make wonderful memories with friends and family so we ask that you treat our home with respect. It is a quiet family neighborhood so not the best location for loud rowdy guests. The house is newly renovated and furnished. Four bedrooms, three full baths plus an outdoor shower.
NOTE: Pets are considered on an individual basis. Additional pet cleaning fee applies.
