Our fully equipped kitchen ensures you have everything you need, from a full-sized fridge to a gas grill on the deck. Coffee lovers will appreciate our selection of coffee, decaf, teas, and Kcup Pods for our Keurig Duo machine. Plus, we provide all the essentials, including pots, pans, dishes, and even a high chair and booster seat for the little ones. We also have a new Wine and Mixology station for your evening night cap.

Entertainment options abound with our flat screen Smart TV and High Speed Wi-Fi. We provide Local Stations as well as about 100 streaming channels through YoutubeTV, and with our Roku smart tv’s you can log into your own Apps like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime. Wi-Fi averages about 250 mbps and we have coverage throughout the house, garage, and deck.

Conveniently located just 5 miles from grocery stores and restaurants, and only a short 15-minute drive to downtown Franklin, where you'll find shopping, dining, and entertainment options, including two locally owned craft brew beer pubs.

Other Important Information:

**Guest Access:**
You'll have full access to the entire cabin living area and convenient parking on the driveway or in the garage. Please note that the basement area is off-limits.

**Trash Drop Off:** Unfortunately as-is in the mountains, Trash collection is not provided on-site. Guests are responsible for disposing of their trash at the nearby Macon County Trash Drop and Recycling location. Excessive trash left behind may incur a fine of $20 per bag.

**Dogs:** If you plan to bring your furry friend along, kindly ensure they are bathed and treated for fleas/ticks prior to your trip. To maintain cleanliness, we request that you bring blankets or sheets from home to cover furniture and bedspreads. Pets should remain confined to the property, and any waste should be promptly removed from sight and walking areas. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 is applicable for the first dog, with an additional $25 for each additional pet (maximum of 3).

**Phone Service:** The cabin is not equipped with a landline telephone. Bring your cell phone. Verizon cell service is excellent, while AT&T may have spotty coverage. For reliable communication, we recommend you turn ON Wi-Fi calling or use an app like WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger, or FaceTime.

**Additional Rules for Guests:**
- Firearms, including air guns, are prohibited inside the house or on the deck. Please keep them securely locked in your vehicle.
- Fireworks are not allowed on the property.
- Please maintain a respectful noise level, especially after 9:00 PM, to preserve the tranquility of the mountain environment.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. An ashtray is provided on the deck for outdoor smoking.

**Additional Notes:**
- The cabin is located in a neighborhood with paved roads, ensuring easy access even during inclement weather. Though neighbors may not be visible or audible, please respect their privacy.
- Deer and wild turkey frequent the area, offering delightful wildlife sightings. However, please refrain from feeding or disturbing them, and hunting or firearm discharge is strictly prohibited.

- Security Cameras. For your security and the security of our property, We have actively recording security cameras (which records video and audio) on the Driveway and Fire pit sides of the house. Exterior only.

**Getting Around:**
A car is essential for exploring the area. The paved roads leading to the cabin, including the driveway, ensure hassle-free access. Secure garage parking for two cars is available for your convenience.
