Newly remodeled 3 bedroom house in the heart of Pacific Beach. 1 block from Mission Bay & Fanuel Park. 5 blocks to the ocean. You can see the ocean while standing in front of the house. A quick walk to all the restaurants, bars & shops on Garnet Ave & Mission Blvd. Fully fenced in front yard with a grass area, deck, BBQ & outdoor couch & table. Spa in the back patio off of the master bedroom. Smart TVs in the living room & every bedroom w/ Direct TV. Washer/Dryer. 2 parking spots.
