Fourth floor condo overlooking the Marina. Fabulous view of Boca Ciega Bay from your private balcony. Directly across the street from the beach!

King size bed in the master bedroom.
Two twins in the guest bedroom
Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Flat screen TV's in both bedrooms, as well as a larger TV in the living room.
Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops.

The condo is exceptional clean and nice. It is exactly like the pictures and description. Brian, the host, responded quickly and was very helpful. The condo is stocked with everything you need. The condo is directly across the street from the beach access.

The location of this condo is wonderful! The beach is directly across the street and just a few steps to the public beach access. It is within walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores and John’s Pass. There is a public trolley that goes up and down Gulf Blvd from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach with stops everywhere in between and has a designated stop very close to the condo building. Very handy for those that do not have their own vehicle making getting around super easy. The view from the back balcony was amazing and the sunrises were spectacular! Brian was great with communication and very prompt in getting back to us answering any questions we had. We enjoyed our trip very much and look forward to returning again next year. Thanks so much!

We enjoyed a week here! The location was awesome could easily walk to John’s Pass within 15 minutes. Beach across the street. Great coffee/sandwich shop on bottom floor.

Great location, enjoyed our stay. Lots of construction, which we expected, glad to see places being fixed. Missed out on the opening of the cafe cafe, it looked really nice.

Great property. Really enjoyed being in the Madeira Skyline this trip. Easy walk to beach & easy parking in main lot. The view was lovely of the water inlet/marina area. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boats and wildlife. Glad to see MB is still rebuilding after the hurricane. A few minor updates in the condo would have been appreciated (if the host is interested, I can share directly with him). Sleeping 6 would be very tight but it was just 2 of us so it was plenty of space. The front bedroom gets pretty warm/hot if you want to try to put some kind of heat blocking blinds or drapes up. If our kids had been with us this trip it would have been uncomfortable in that smaller room. Thank you for the smooth check in and check out process!!! Can't wait to plan our next trip to Madeira Beach/St Pete area -)

Overall it was a great place to stay. Conveniently located, clean and accurate description. All the necessary amenities with lots of beach items. The only problem was they were doing some construction on the condo next door and started work early so there was no opportunity to sleep in as the noise woke us up early. Other than that was a good place.

Due to VRBO system being down, could not access check-in info when arrived and VRBO could not get host info either. However, VRBO did credit the hotel stay for lost.nights till system restored.Location is great. Parking right by elevators. Coffee shop, poke restaurant and sweets boutique all right there. Beach access just across street.Condo nice and rooms comfortable with great canal view from balcony. Single pane windows allow for street noises to come in, which could affect light sleepers wanting to go to bed early.

This was. Not a normal transition or vacation setup for us. It was very last minute due to family issues. So we did not have opportunity to print out info before leaving. When got to condo, VRBO system was down and could not retrieve the check-in info nor host info. Since system down VRBO could not retrieve info either. So ended up having to book a hotel until system was recovered. To their credit VRBO did reimburse us for the two days hotel we needed to book while resolving access issue.Location is great. Coffee shop an poke restaurant right there. Beach access right across street. Parking right beside elevator. Canal view very nice.Windows are single pane, so hear street noise when busy.
