Venez à Harwich et rester à notre maison de style cape immaculée dans un quartier sûr et calme sur un cul-de-sac à sept maisons attenantes à la Cape Cod Rail Trail (CCRT). Il est proche de toutes les commodités que le Cap a à offrir, y compris à quelques pas de Hinckley et des longs étangs du CCRT. Les plages de Harwich sont à seulement 3 miles de route! La plage de la riviÚre Rouge avec ses eaux chaudes des plages de Nantucket Sound et Pleasant Street sont deux de nos favoris!

L'emplacement est parfait pour les matins tÎt ou les promenades du soir à tout moment de l'année! Cette propriété décorée avec goût avec thÚme nautique / plage dispose de 3 chambres, toutes avec lits king, 3 salles de bains et une suite parentale qui dispose d'un jacuzzi. Les draps sont inclus. Il y a un couchage supplémentaire au niveau inférieur avec des lits superposés et un lit pliant est également disponible.

Notre belle maison gĂ©rĂ©e par le propriĂ©taire a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©e en 2018 pour inclure de nouvelles armoires de cuisine en Ă©rable bien Ă©quipĂ©es et des planchers de bois franc en chĂȘne au premier Ă©tage. Il y a une terrasse privĂ©e de 20x13 avec table et chaises donnant sur une cour herbeuse plate manucurĂ©es assez grande pour le jeu de boule, le croquet, le jet de sac de haricot etc. Mur de pierre avec des plantations matures offrent une intimitĂ©.

DĂ©tendez-vous dans le salon lumineux et ensoleillĂ© situĂ© au premier Ă©tage avec un plafond en palladium qui mĂšne Ă  la salle Ă  manger et au pont. La douche extĂ©rieure spacieuse recouverte de cĂšdre rouge est classique pour la cape! Il y a des chaises de plage, des planches de boggie, un parasol, des glaciĂšres et des jeux assortis pour votre usage. Les installations comprennent air central plus des unitĂ©s sans conduit dans le sous-sol et MBR, Internet haute vitesse sans fil (WIFI), smart TV, Blu-ray, cĂąble et toutes les commoditĂ©s modernes de la maison. Le gril Ă  gaz est prĂȘt pour le barbecue.

Arrivée le vendredi pour éviter la forte circulation de Cape Cod généralement plus avec les changements de samedi.

Home is spacious, everything you need is provided, and the location is great. The biking/walking trail is nearby and is a beautiful trail. The owner was very quick to respond to any issues. Having a garage was an added benefit.

We absolutely love staying at Elaine’s home—this was our second time here, and we’ve already booked again for next year! The location couldn’t be better, with the Cape Cod Rail Trail right out back for walks or bike rides, and just a quick drive to some of our favorite beaches. The house itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need (and more!). Elaine is a wonderful host—so accommodating and easy to communicate with, which makes the whole experience stress-free. This home has truly become our Cape tradition, and we can’t wait to return!

This is a wonderful home and Elaine is a terrific host, extremely responsive. The inside of the house was immaculate, We used the 2 big bedrooms upstairs with very comfortable beds. We enjoyed our breakfast in the morning on the large deck off the kitchen overlooking the lovely yard The location is a quiet cul-de-sac with super easy access to the cape cod rail trail. We greatly enjoyed our walks on the trail every day with our dog free of any car traffic. The house is very convenient to route 6 if you need to get to the highway and roughly 10 minutes or so via local roads to Chatham. This was our 2nd time at Elaine's home and we hope to return

Second Time Around

I have been vacationing in Cape Cod since childhood and adore the Cape! I have fond memories of my yearly vacations with my parents and brother many years ago. I love the beaches, shops, galleries and much more that the Cape has to offer. My dream was to own a home on Cape Cod. We would like to share our home with you and hope you can make your own special memories for years to come!

LOCATION!! For the golf enthusiast, Cranberry Valley Golf Course is located 1.3 miles away, was rated "excellent" by Zagat, and voted as "best of Cape Cod" 2011.

Shoppers have a wide selection to choose from including various antiques dealers, quaint Chatham shops, Outlets, Cape Cod Mall all within a 30 min drive.

Walk to Hinckleys Pond is 1/2 mile down the bike trail. Proceed to Pleasant Lake General store then head to Long Pond which is on the Brewster/Harwich line. This lake is the largest in Cape Cod as well as one of the best in New England. The lakes are perfect for all of your favorite water time sports. The beaches have their own unique features with nearby sound beaches in Harwich as well as Cape Cod National Seashore beaches!

Cape Cod is a nostalgic year round destination! The summer is special where Harwich Port is a short drive with its many shops, art galleries. and restaurants. The Wychmere Harbor is a photographer's dream. Historic Harwich center has bands, concerts and award winning craft shows. Neighboring Chatham and Brewster are must see destinations and have their unique characteristics. Fall is exciting and filled with memorable activities. There is less traffic, no crowds and all the restaurants are open. The Harwich Cranberry festival is one of the largest and oldest, attracting over 100,000 people annually in this 10 day event in September which culminates with a spectacular fireworks display. Enjoy the sunshine and swim in the warm lakes, bay & ocean beaches with no parking hassles or fees! Winter is the quietest season; visit picturesque small villages for holiday shopping, catch views of lighthouses, culinary gems or check out the dunes. The Cape comes alive in the spring where trees bloom & days become warmer. This is the perfect time to visit the outer cape and gentle trail walk of Fort Hill in Eastham. The Pilgrim monument in Provincetown opens April 1st & is the tallest all granite structure in the USA. Spectacular view!
