Hot tub, Wi-Fi, Netflix, fully equipped kitchen, queen bed, 75” TV and surround sound, heated floors, shower, bath, smart speaker, private outdoor parking, pond, 36” doorways everywhere, no steps, wheelchair accessible, heated bidet and so much more! Only 20 minutes from Gerald R Ford International Airport, 8 min from Tanger Outlets, 2 min from a small town general store, 2 min from a bar and 30 min to Holland State Park.

Beautiful wide open space with 1 queen bed, a large sofa and a 75” TV. We wanted to provide you with some important details about the property you will be staying at. The beautiful space includes 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, a large sofa, and a 75” TV in the living room, accommodating up to 4 guests. It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and smart TVs in both bedrooms.

Please note that the laundry room, garage, and third bedroom are locked and not available for guest use. Additionally, guests will not have access to the nightstands, closets, or dressers in the master bedroom. The property owners will not be on-site during your stay.

Enjoy the hot tub, which is available year-round, and the fire pit near the pond. If the propane runs out, please exchange it.

We enjoyed this cozy home and the area was beautiful. We walked trails at Kent and got ice cream in Byron Center. Owner was quick to answer our questions and gave recommendations on things to do in the area. We stayed in for every meal and the kitchen and grill were top tier! 10/10 recommend.

I loved the space. We enjoyed the peace and quiet as well as the modern conveniences. Open floor concept with real comfort. I really thought the beds were beyond comfortable. This property is well cared for and deserves respect from guests. Hot tub was amazing. The grass and landscape was well maintained and enjoyable to look upon.
