**The APARTMENT**
I put a lot of 💕love 💕 into the property. It's a fully modern, tech-enabled casa with many, many amenities.

- Dedicated workspaces: I was a remote worker for years. Enjoy a fully electric adjustable & variable standing desk paired with a dual screen 4k monitor. Plus, there's a printer to print things if you like need that.
- We have 4 sonos speakers throughout the listing. Enjoy tunes on demand or otherwise.
- Also we have Smart TV's in every room in case you want to stay in and cuddle.
- Smart appliances (refrigerator and stove top). Cooking will be a breeze if that's your thing.
- Private grill.

**The LOCATION**
You'll likely fall in love with the location. It's perfect for families or folks looking to have a good time. And, I hope you fall in love with the bay.

**The FOOD**
A little known fact about Pacific Beach/Mission Bay is that it has an amazing curation of different food options. I'll tell ya, the California Burritos are AMAZING in San Diego. Strongly recommend Harry's.
You'll be right next to world class food; whether you're into burgers (I recommend Rocky's), sushi (Sushi Kuchi) or a vegetarian options (Greenhaus Vegetarian Eatery).

You'll love the bayside Jacuzzi. It's located steps to the water. Please check the additional details on how to use it!

**Covered PARKING**
There's one spot available, it's a bit of a tight squeeze. Mid-size SUVs under 68" should fit no problem into the garage.

Good choice for family trip

We had pleasant experience here. The host was very communicative with us. The parking, while in a garage, was very tight for anything larger than a sedan. A minivan was stressful to park with the bikes along the back wall. Street parking nearby is not feasible overnight. The beds were comfortable. We liked the adjustable beds. The kitchen was very nice and modern. There was lots of hot water for all six of us to use. The building is right on the beach on Mission Bay which made it nice and quiet. The posting is slightly deceptive in how the condo is oriented to the beach. This is not a beachfront view and the hot tub shown is not right outside the door, as could be implied by the photos. The beach and hot tub are very close though. If you cannot handle stairs, you may want to reconsider this condo, as the main living areas are only accessible by stairs inside the condo. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay and would consider staying there again.

We had an awesome stay! The property was exactly as pictured—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location on the bay was perfect, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. We especially loved the hot tub after a long day out.The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware and essentials, which made it easy to prepare meals. It was also an easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, which was a huge plus.Overall, a fantastic experience—we would definitely stay here again!
