Come relax in this cozy 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom Big Bear cabin located in a central, safe community minutes away from the slopes, shopping, dining, Oktoberfest, and The Village. It is the perfect retreat for your family or group of friends to enjoy summer fun or winter activities. Kid and dog friendly! Lounge in the living room and stream your favorite show or cook up a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. The backyard retreat with jacuzzi, deck, and string lights create a perfect mountain stay!

As you enter the home from the tree-lined street, you are greeted by an open and bright living room, with a smart TV and comfy couches for your relaxation to begin. Gaze out the windows at the adorable cabins, trees, and clear sky.

The living room has a wood burning fireplace, a wall heater, and also a mini split with heat and AC to keep you comfortable year-round.

The fully stocked kitchen has all you'll need to cook up a cozy meal! It holds a regular and a Keurig coffee maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer, utensils and cups for children, indoor and outdoor drinking glasses and bowls/plates, pots and pans, toaster, blender, serving platters, and cooking utensils. The kitchen table has seating for 6.

The living room holds two comfortable couches and we've also stocked the living room with some toys, books and games for the adults and kids to enjoy.

The downstairs also holds a full bathroom with shower and bath tub, and one bedroom with a king bed, ceiling fan, small closet, and a smart TV.

At the top of the stairs, you'll find a futon to lounge or sleep on. Upstairs also holds two more bedrooms - one with 2 queen beds, a smart TV, a mini split with AC/Heating, closet, and a ceiling fan.

The other upstairs room holds a queen bed, ceiling fan, and a mini split with AC/Heating.

Between the two Guest Rooms upstairs, you will find a half bathroom with a toilet and sink.

The backyard will truly complete your stay! Exit the kitchen onto the gorgeous deck where you will find a gas BBQ, a warm jacuzzi with bistro lighting and overhead gazebo. We also have an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy the views or enjoy a meal under the forest sky.

A washer and dryer are provided - please bring laundry supplies if you'd like to use them during your stay!

We allow up to 2 dogs with a pet fee of $100/dog!

PLEASE KEEP CHILDREN AWAY FROM THE SPA UNLESS THERE IS CONSTANT ADULT SUPERVISION. RENTER AGREES NOT TO HOLD OWNERS OR MANAGERS LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES, ACCIDENTS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES AS A RESULT OF SPA USE AND FROM OR AGAINST ANY OMISSION, NEGLECT, OR DEFAULT OF RENTER, RENTER’S GUESTS, OR ANY OTHER PERSON INVITED BY THE RENTER OR THEIR GUESTS.
