​​​​​​​Casa Mare at Bay Blvd is a 4 Bedroom/3 Bathroom new construction townhome with a private pool. Decorated with coastal colors and luxury furnishings, this property will definitely give you the vacation feel you're looking for. On the first floor, you will find an open floor plan with an extra large sliding door leading to the balcony overlooking the pool. The kitchen is complete with new stainless steel appliances and cookware making it easy to stay in and make dinner. You can dine inside, poolside, or out on the balcony. Take your favorite beverage and lounge while watching the kids in the pool. There is also a poolside outdoor kitchen set up for grilling. Each bedroom is spacious and comfortably appointed.

Using the elevator will make it easy to access each floor. Hop on the 6-seater golf cart and load up your beach supplies to sink your toes into the sands of Indian Rocks Beach, which is only 3 blocks away. Casa Mare at Bay Blvd also comes with beach chairs, a wagon, and a cooler! A perfect vacation home to make memories and we hope to make it a place you would like to return to year after year.

Kitchen: Ice/water refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig Duo coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, and blender.

Dining Room: Table w/ 6 chairs, sliding door to balcony which has another dining table w/ 4 chairs, 2 loveseats, and coffee table.

Living Room: Leather sofa, ottoman, chair, coffee table, end tables, TV and console table, ceiling fan.

Bedroom #1: Queen-size bed, nightstand, closet, TV, ceiling fan, and door to private balcony.

Bathroom #1: Single vanity and step-in shower.

Third Floor

Bedroom #2: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, chair, 2 nightstands, TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, pack-n-play, door leading to a private balcony with loveseat, 2 chairs, and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathroom #2 (En-suite): A luxury soaking tub, oversized step-in shower, and double vanity.

Bathroom #3: Single vanity with a tub and shower combo.

Bedroom #3: Queen-size bed, nightstand, closet, TV, ceiling fan.

Bedroom #4: Twin over full bunk bed, twin bed, TV, chair, nightstand, ceiling fan, and closet.

Laundry Room: Washer & dryer, vacuum, and mop.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Golf Cart Policy: Guests must sign a safety and liability waiver before driving the golf cart. If a waiver is not completed, access instructions cannot be provided.

Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This property allows for 2-3 parking spots depending on the size of the vehicles. Cars cannot be parked in the garage as that's where the golf cart is stored. Grass and street parking is not permitted.

The quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) has a nice array of local restaurants, retail, and sweet shops. The home is close to Guppy's On the Beach, Cafe De Paris Bakery, Gulf Waves Grill, Keegan's Seafood Grille, Chicago Jaqx, TJ's Italian Cafe, Beach shops, and a salon. Brown Park is nearby and has a playground, basketball court, tennis court, and a covered picnic area. The Indian Rocks Library is located beyond Kolb Park which is a sports park and playground. Splash Harbor Water Park on the south end of IRB offers a great place to have fun and cool off in the lazy river.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Children's Museums. Enjoy a Tampa Bay Rays game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and Downtown Disney are just two hours away. No need for a rental car while on vacation at this home. An Uber ride will get you there and a golf cart (which is provided), or the Suncoast Trolley will get you where you need to go.
