Check in was fine. Jane was always very responsive. The kitchen was nice. It was stocked with basics in kitchen and throughout. The bed downstairs was comfortable. We did not try the loft beds. Mainly it was such a convenient location for our Charris Conference.

Floors dirty, oven dirty, dust falling from ceiling fan. Pictures on site misleading. Too many places too close, no room to park without being too close to fire pit. Pathetic!

This feels like hwy robbery or extortion

We were a lil suprised it was a tiny home but really only needed a place to sleep.We left it spotless.Went nextdoor to get it inspected before we left but she was gone. A couple days later we get a bill for a front door. We asked for pics and never heard back untill we get a bill for over 1300 dollars. This is predatory. 100 percent sure we left the place better than we found it. This was our first time to use Vrbo and I doubt we will consider it again .....What steps do I take to get this resolved ? 601-701-8463
