Ocean Views from Deck

Magnificent views from this second floor 2 bedroom unit. Take in the sights of the ocean, the fresh sea breeze and the smell of the beach. Spend your vacation with us and enjoy everything that Long Sands Beach in York Maine has to offer.

This unit is just 200 yards to the beach. It is nestled into a quiet neighborhood and offers plenty of yard room for the kids to play, while the adults relax on the deck soaking in the sun. Plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture and even a brand new propane fire pit.

Long Sands Beach offers plenty of enjoyment, fill your days basking in the sun, bogie boarding or exploring all the marine wildlife in the rocky tidal pools.

Back at the house you can barbecue on the gas grill, sit around the fire pit or just relax in the screened porch. There is plenty of parking and on site laundry.

We do have some extra beach chairs, boggie boards and beach toys.

Guests must provide their own sheets and towels.

The first bedroom has 2 queen beds and a flat screen TV, the second bedroom has two full beds and a twin over full bunk bed and a flat screen TV. Ample sleeping for up to 8 people. There is also a eat in kitchen, living room with a flat screen TV, cable, Internet and 2 bathrooms. The deck off the living rooms offers a great outdoor space with seating for 8 people. with great ocean views.

Our kitchen is kept well stocked for all your culinary needs

York offers plenty of great restaurants, bars, shops, an amusement park, arcade and there is never a shortage of lobster.

Great beach apartment!

The upstairs at Harmony Hall is welcoming and convenient - location and amenities. The check-in/out process is easy and the property offers lots of private space in spite of being close to other renters.

This was a nice stay in York. You can see the water from the location.The deck looked inviting but we did not really use it due to some nails sticking out. Communication with property manager was very timely. We can’t comment on the laundry area as we did not use it. Good value property.

Highly recommend

This rental was perfect for me and my big family. Spacious, great location, having laundry was amazing, quiet, check in and out was easy, all amenities were explained in an in-depth email along with the check in and out process, and overall we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay here!

Nice cottage close to the beach.

Cottage is the top floor of a “ duplex”. Easier to find if you arrive in daylight. Everything was clean and nice quality. WiFi didn’t seem to work - but not sure owner can do anything about that .we were 5 adults and very comfortable.deck was a big plus ( although we had wet weather and didn’t get to use it ) .I would recommend and stay again . Thanks!

The accommodations were clean and adequate but the stairs to our unit were very steep and curved and for two people in their 70's it was somewhat difficult getting our belongings up those stairs. We also had some family members who live nearby over for dinner and realized there was no pot big enough for corn on the cob nor any serving utensils (large spoons and forks). Minor but annoying.

Location, location, location!

Kate and Maura were very honest, generous, accommodating and prompt in their interactions with us. Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay very much! The hot water was endless, two bathrooms were quite helpful and the vicinity to Long Beach was perfect! Entering through the front porch allowed for less items to be carried upstairs and the deck was a treat for outside dining and morning coffee on the new patio furniture. Thanks for a great week!

Convenient location, spotless and comfortable!

The ocean is steps away and a great way to start and end your day walking the 1.5 mile beautiful Long Sands Beach! There is a keyless entry so you don't need to worry about keys. The property is spotless and updated. There were only 3 of us but could easily and comfortably fit 8+. There are two cute bathrooms but showers are a little tight. There are plenty of hooks and storage for your clothing/towels/etc. throughout. Bedrooms are comfortable and roomy as are the other living areas. The living room furniture has been replaced from the pictures shown on Vrbo and is very comfortable. It's an adorable place. Would definitely stay again.

Clean space that is close to the beach and a close walk to 2 good restaurants. 40 min walk to Wiggly Bridge if you are up for some exercise!

Memorial Day Stay

My family and 2 other families totaling 13 people, between the ages of 10-52 stayed in the main house from Saturday-Monday and had a blast. The house has a lot of character along with updates, I wish it had an outdoor shower, but that's my only complaint. The house has water views from both easterly facing decks and the southern end of Long Sands Beach is only about 200 yards from the doorstep. So location is excellent and is in close proximity to all of York Beaches attractions . There were gas and wood fire pits, which we took advantage of, as did our teen aged kids. Plenty of parking if you have friends visiting. We will be returning.

The house and location were spectacular!

This house had all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay including extensive renovations to the kitchen and dining area which made the living space more open. Beds were very comfortable and everything was in excellent working order. Fans were provided and new TVs in the bedrooms. The house is a very short walk to the beach and you can see and smell the ocean from the deck. I highly recommend this beach house!

We loved it! It's cute, roomy small bathrooms but definitely not a hang up. Would do it again.

Wish we could have stayed longer. Kate and Maura are super nice. The property is cute and neat. Great location very close to the beach. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of space. Would absolutely do it again.

just a walk to the beach!

Our family had a great stay at Harmony Hall...walked to the beach everyday. We stayed in unit #2, comfortable beds and two baths. Also loved the deck! The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Maine has such a beautiful coast line and great shopping and restaurants too, hoping to be able to visit again next year! TC
