Winter getaway

We had a great experience once again with this agency and our VRBO hosts! First, they were more than accommodating when our flight got bumped up by one day. They easily were able to add a night to our reservation. A week before our arrival we were informed that the unit (in this listing) was undergoing some renovations and the unit wouldn’t be ready in time for our arrival. Fortunately they were able to upgrade our reservation for a condo in Treasure Island. It definitely suited us well and offered not only more room, but an opportunity to explore a new area. We truly enjoyed our trip but want all who visit to be aware that the area is still undergoing a LOT of work post hurricane. We urge visitors to have patience and to show your appreciation for those who are working to bring the area back. It is still beautiful and our favorite place on Earth and we look forward to our next trip!

Amazing stay for couples

The property was perfectly described and did not disappoint. Amazing beach/ocean views. Brand new appliances were a plus . Minor issues : the supply of basics ; toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and salt and pepper were either not their at all or on the last leg. We supplied them but felt that should have been included.Maintenance of property is impeccable. Elevator was out of service on day one - but we got our work out ! Lol

Great Location

The view from the balcony was great as well as the beautiful sunsets. Convenient access to the beach and close proximity to restaurants. Overall the condo was OK, a few things need an update, namely one of the mattresses and the air vent in the bedroom was very loud and needed a deflector.

Perfect Vacation Spot

This gem of a condo was a great home away from home. It was full of starters and had wonderful views of the ocean. My husband and I loved enjoying coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening on the patio! We enjoyed watching dolphins and manatees every day!

Perfect beach oasis

The accommodations were great. So close to the beach and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for 2 wild kids to play and so close to the beach. The owners answered all of our questions quickly. The property is right on the beach and it made it super easy to take a break and go right back out. Close to foods and shops at John’s pass. 10/10 recommend and would stay again!

Fantastic Place to Stay in Madeira Beach

Close to various restaurants, cafes, and shops. The Condo: Immaculately clean upon arrival. Comfort: The condo is well-furnished with comfortable seating and beds. The décor is modern with a beach vibe. Amenities: Equipped with all the essentials and more. The kitchen has modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals if you choose to dine in. Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. View: Stunning views from the balcony and living room. Communication: The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Perfect location and vacation

The location was exactly what we wanted, directly across from John's Pass with many options of food places to choose from and boat tour pick ups. The only small complaint my husband and I had was how close we were to the trash shoot and elevator so it did get a little noisy in the mornings but that wouldn't stop my from renting from them again!

Family Time

Property was wonderful and nicely maintained. Its an excellent location, right on the beach and across the street from St Johns Pass. Many wonderful stores and restaurants are walkable. Downside: close to elevator (which can be noisy at times) and needs new mattresses.

Don't pass on this one!

This perfectly placed condo has everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the beach. The view from the balcony is amazing as you can see the pool, the beach, the bay, and of course, the sunsets. The staff keeps the common areas clean and organized. The condo offers beach chairs and beach towels so if you fly in, you don't have to purchase. Plenty of space for a young family, girls getaway, or couples. Lots of lunch and dinner options right across the street. I would rent again in a minute.

Quick getaway

We had a wonderful time. The location is perfect. Plenty to do within walking distance. The view was beautiful. We enjoyed sunsets on the balcony. The pool area is very well kept and the pool was warm enough to swim. There were beach chairs and towels in the closet which made our beach day so nice. One suggestion would be a fan in the bathroom. It would help with humidity after showers. We would definitely stay again though.

Great property, loved the view, plenty of restaurants and things to do in the area! Location is prime. Awesome amenities, & enjoyed the pool for December. I stayed here with my boyfriend and 3 year old for Christmas and we had a blast! The place could use some updates; mattresses, bed frames, kitchen fan and ceiling, paint ceiling, smart tv for bedroom. On our last day we went to the beach way before check out, came back and the code had changed before we could get any of our belongings out. I left my watch and phone in the room so I had no way of contacting our owners of the exact unit. Very frustrating and disappointing. My son had no shoes on, I had to pee, & the property manager at the sandy shores building was extremely rude. She claimed she did not have the owners contact information or itrips. Thankfully we had our rental car key and went down the road to itrips building but no one was there and all the lights were off. It was extremely frustrating as we had a flight to catch and no way of getting back in our room. We contacted itrips only to get a voicemail. Overall I think the property is great but there needs to be owner contact info at the sandy shores property management office (even though they state they’re not affiliated with them) in case of emergency, fire or lock out. I don’t believe the woman at the desk of Sandy shores property management was being truthful when she said she didn’t have Liz’s # or way of contact. We eventually got in hours later. Baffling.

Amazing

Everything but the weather was perfect. The condo is gorgeous, well appointed with a beautiful view. Location couldn’t be better with John’s Pass directly across the street. Our bad luck with rainy cloudy weather all but the last day and a half of our week’s stay. Would love to stay again.

Awesome location!

We loved it. It is right on the beach and within walking distance of everything you need. Lots of good restaurants really close and plenty of shopping areas.

Beautiful View from our balcony

The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen was nice. The only downside was we were next to the elevator which was very slow and people would wait and make lots of noise outside our door. Garbage shoot was close to our room too. Luckily we weren’t in our room too much.
