The largest of the Silver Oaks Resort cottages, Cottage 5 is a stunning four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home that comfortably sleeps 8 in beds, with additional accommodations for a mix of adults and children, allowing for a maximum occupancy of 12. The cottage is not intended to accommodate 12 adults. Bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited.



High ceilings and an open floor plan create a bright, spacious setting. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features a large island with seating that flows into the main living area. The main-floor living room offers comfortable seating, a smart TV, fireplace, and queen-size pullout sofa. Motorized blinds provide added privacy and comfort.



The home features four bedrooms, including three queen bedrooms and one full bedroom. Additional sleeping space is available with two queen-size pullout sofas. The lower level includes a second family room with game space, smart TV, fireplace, queen pullout sofa, and washer and dryer.



Outside, enjoy multiple private decks and a wraparound porch overlooking the beautifully landscaped grounds and Silver Lake. Outdoor amenities include a private gas grill, outdoor dining area, private fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and a balcony off the upstairs bedroom—perfect for relaxing and taking in the lake views.

Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave the cottage in the same clean, well-cared-for condition as received. Place used towels in baskets, leave beds unmade.
Take trash to Shed B. Return equipment and furniture. Set thermostat to 70°F. Turn off lights/TVs and lock doors/windows.
Excessive cleaning or damage may result in added charges.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No pets. No smoking. No events or parties including but not limited to Bachelor & Bachelorette Parties.
