We had a great experience all around at Joel’s home from the communication to the location to the cleanliness and amenities provided! The price was also affordable given the upscale area. We had a great time and would rebook here next time we visit San Diego. Thanks Joel!

Weekend family stay

Multi-generational stay. The property was beautiful and clean. Very well appointted for daily needs. Neighborhood was very safe, lots of families and people walking pets- sidewalks all around. Checkin was easy and checkout was short and simple.

Everything was great! Very clean property. Easy check in and check out. House was stocked with all essentials including shampoo, soap and lots of towels. Lots of cooking/kitchen items as well. Great neighborhood especially for families. EV chargers were a huge plus!

Highly Recommend !

Beautiful, ultra-clean, spacious home in a quiet neighborhood inland from the Del Mar coast. We used this home as a base for visiting La Jolla cove, La Jolla Shares, Encinitas and Carlsbad. It was perfect for our family get together. This home is spotlessly clean, and has a great kitchen, dining room and outdoor gazebo. Very relaxed vibe fostering family connection.

We had a wonderful stay. We had two families (mine - husband, and toddler) and our friends (husband, wife, two older children). The home was well equipped with everything we needed. We primarily cooked breakfast and ordered in for lunch and dinner. There was ample seating for meals, and the rooms were comfortable. There were a couple of parks within walking distance, which worked out well for the children. We had plenty of space for everyone and the communication from our host was superb! We'd definitely stay here again.
