Charming 3-bedroom Private Home with Pool & Hot-tub in sunny San Diego

Stunning vacation home with a pool (heated at an extra cost), centrally located in the lovely Mira Mesa neighborhood. It is just steps away from dining and nightlife and is close to San Diego beaches, the airport, San Diego Zoo, Safari Park, Legoland, SeaWorld, shopping, and other attractions.

The property has been completely remodeled with an open-concept living area, featuring large dual-pane windows that fill the great room with natural light. The living room is equipped with a 75-inch SmartTV and a pool table. There is also an extra-large 160-inch projector room for enjoying movie nights with family and friends. Additionally, there is a ping-pong table and many more outdoor games and activities to keep everyone engaged. Guests can also enjoy a private, fully landscaped front yard and backyard.

The space
My home is the perfect peaceful and relaxing retreat location to unwind from our daily busy lives. The house is fully remodeled and includes an open floor plan with a kitchen, floors, furniture, appliances, and decorations. The entire home has A/C and heating capabilities to ensure your stay with us is completely comfortable and relaxing. Whether you plan on staying in or going out, this home is a perfect getaway for your family and friends! Additionally, the home is equipped with a Smart TV, a washer, and a dryer. This home is sanitized before each occupancy because your safety is important to us.

Pool and hot-tub will not be heated by default and will incur additional cost


Please remember the following: When using the pool on our property, we kindly ask you to ensure that it is left in the same condition as it was when you arrived. Please be careful and do not throw any trash into the pool. If, after you leave, we find that the pool needs to be cleaned due to trash or any damage, you may be subject to an automatic fine of $1000 or more, depending on the extent of the damage.

Please take note of the following information:
The pool does not have safety covers and is not surrounded by gates. Adults must ensure the safety of their kids by always being present and attentive.
The pool can be heated at an additional cost. Energy usage is monitored, and any significant increases during your stay will result in additional charges being assessed.
During colder months, the pool is not guaranteed to heat up to desired temperatures.

Pool will not be heated by default and will incur addittional cost per day basis.

FAMILY ROOM/ DINING
The main living area includes a comfortable, lovely sofa and a 75-inch smart TV with Netflix for your personal use. The dining table seats 6-8 people, and there is also a breakfast Island that seats an additional 3-4 people. Pool table enjoy the game and relax while watching the blue pool and serene backyard.

KITCHEN
Open layout with stone counters, white wood cabinetry, stainless kitchen appliances, bar seating. This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook great meals: pots, pans, coffee pot, oven, wine opener, dinnerware, utensils, and spices for you to use.

BEDROOMS
The large master bedroom is with its very own full bathroom with a tub. There are a memory foam queen-sized bed, nightstands, chairs, a huge closet.

The other 2 bedrooms each includes memory foam queen beds, a closet, night stands and easy access to the other full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

BACKYARD
The beautiful backyard includes a nice pool with outdoor patio table set are under the patio roof which creates an enjoyable experience in either the warmer summer days or during the colder winter days.

FRONT YARD
Peaceful green gated front yard for your enjoyment.
There is parking space for 2 cars in the driveway for your convenience and easy access to the house and ample spaces on the street.

The house is located in the heart of San Diego (Mira Mesa).
Guest access
The entire property is available for your use.

This is a beautiful property, that we take pride in, the property is in a quiet residential area, with sensitive neighbors, so please understand and respect them.

"Please be mindful of the following rules:
- No loud music or parties.
- Absolutely no gathering outside past 10 PM - this rule is strictly enforced.
- The neighbors are sensitive and will not hesitate to call the police at the slightest disturbance.
- If the neighbors complain, we will have to ask you to leave the property without a refund."

*When using the pool at our property, we kindly ask you to keep and leave the pool in the same condition as it was once you arrived. Please be careful and make sure not to throw trash of any sort in the pool. After you leave, if for any reason we must arrange a pool cleaner to come and clean the pool due to trash or any sort of damage at the pool, that could be subject to automatic $1000 fine, depending on the sort of the damage.

*Only a disclosed number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit.

By booking, you agree that there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests you have on your reservation and you will need to request and get approval for visitors during your stay. Any undisclosed guest will be charged $40 dollar per night, for each additional guest.

We do not allow any smoking inside the property. The smoking penalty is up to $1,000 or more for violation.

This is a very clean home, please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the home.

★ PLEASE NOTE ★

We can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in our bedrooms and we have a pull out sofa bed (full size) in the living room for an additional 2 guests, and a folding floor mattress (single) for an additional 1 guest. Total of 9 maximum guests.

Beyond 8 guests, we will have to charge an additional fee of $50 per person, per night.

★ HOUSE RULES ★

- Adult supervision is REQUIRED at all times in the pool and hot tub.
- No smoking of ANY KIND inside / outside of property ($1000 Penalty).
- Parties / Events are NOT allowed.
- No extra / overnight guests. Please message us beforehand for confirmation. There will be an additional fee of $50 per person/per night beyond 9 maximum guests.
- No mail / packages delivered here.
- No Pre-Check In bag storage.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Do not disturb neighbors.
- No loud noise or music past 10:00 pm (Failure to adhere may result in a courtesy phone call, and any citations or fees up to $1000 issued by code enforcement officers will be the responsibility of the guests).

★ POOL & HOT TUB ★

Pool and hot-tub will not be heated by default and will incur additional cost per day basis.

When using the pool and hot tub at our property, we kindly ask you to keep and leave them in the same condition as it was once you arrived. Please be careful and make sure not to throw trash of any sort. After you leave, if for any reason we must arrange a pool/hot tub cleaner to come and clean due to trash or any sort of damage, that could be subject to automatic $1000 fine, depending on the sort of the damage.

Also, due to proximity to trees, there will be some leaves that fall on the pool. Feel free to use the skimmer.


★ MAINTENANCE ★

Please note that we have a weekly (Tuesdays) Pool and Hot Tub maintenance. Pool Technician's arrival time varies. This will only take about 20 minutes. Our Pool Technician will need backyard access during that day and will be entering from the side yard gate. We will inform you if you're booking coincides with the maintenance.

There is also a biweekly (Tuesday) maintenance for the front lawn to make sure the grass and trees are trimmed nicely. Our Gardener usually comes around early afternoon and it only takes about 10-15 minutes. We will also inform you if you're booking coincides with the maintenance.

★ PROPERTY DISCLOSURES ★

We have four, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance, side yards and pool pump room which record video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. All devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are absolutely no indoor cameras.
