The Sea Mist has brought our family so much peace, relaxation and joy! We choose the light colors in the house to reflect the sun and water ... it's the perfect Cape Cod day when the ocean breezes swirl through the house and your cares seem to melt away. The hot tub, the outdoor shower, the deck for catching rays and the private beach you can walk to - need we say anything more!

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Light, bright, and airy. This open floor plan lends to easy living on the Cape! The first floor offers coastal comfort with plenty of comfy seating in the living area, a cozy gas fireplace, and flat screen TV above the mantel. WiFi throughout to keep you connected.

The living area boasts a comfy couch facing the gas fireplace and flat screen smart TV. There is additional seating near the front door for a private conversation.

The custom kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a breakfast bar with 2 stools. The dining room table seats 6. All rooms look out on the outdoor deck. Open a window and let those summer breezes in! The open concept lends itself to making plans, laughter and sharing the day's events.

Off the first floor living area is deck to relax on with outdoor chaise lounge chairs, outdoor dining table, gas grill, outdoor shower. Don't forget the hot tub!

For your comfort and ease you will find a first floor bedroom with a King bed and a full bath with shower off the hall.

Upstairs the loft area offers a Queen sleep sofa and flat screen TV. The master bedroom has plenty of room, a King bed, and a flat screen TV as well. The third bedroom has 2 Twins. There is a custom-tiled full bath off of the hall with a shower and soaking tub.

Enjoy the balcony deck off the back with a café table and lovely views. You can access the deck from both upper level bedrooms!

In the basement you will find a washer and dryer for your convenience.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
