Tucked away in a charming neighborhood just off Route 129, this home offers the perfect blend of privacy and convenience to year-round amenities.
● Take a stroll through the neighborhood to the Damariscotta river (~7 min walk) with a seasonal dock, stunning views, and access to the water.
● Damariscotta, also know as the Oyster capital of Maine, is 5 mins away and boasts year round amenities and dining.
● In the warmer month there is an abundance of outdoor dining, river cruises, and oyster farm tours to keep you busy.
● Quick scenic drives with take you to the soft sands of Pemaquid beach, to explore the highly photographed Pemaquid lighthouse, for coffee and lobster in Round Pond, or to feel like you've stepped into a Hallmark movie at Christmas cove.
Looking for even more adventure? We are one hour north of Portland. 25 minutes from Boothbay Harbor. And 45 minutes from Camden.

While you'll have full access to the house, please keep the following in mind:
● Parking: Free off-street parking is available for 4 to 6 vehicles in front of the garage and in the half-circle driveway. Please do not park in the garage.
● Locked Cabinets: Two cabinets in the laundry area are secured for our team’s use—please do not attempt to access. Rest assured, there’s plenty of storage space for your belongings and ample amenities provided.
● Basement Access: The basement door remains unlocked for emergency access to house controls but is not for recreational use.
● Locked Shed: A separate shed on the property is secured and not accessible.

Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms: a king, a queen, and a versatile bunk room with a full-size bed, twin bed, and twin trundle. Shelves stocked with board games and puzzles provide endless entertainment, and a small game table invites friendly competition or quiet puzzle time. Large windows and sliding doors lead to the screened porch, offering serene views of our 3.5-acre wooded property.

Soft jumbo memory foam loungers invite relaxation, while a smart TV with a Nintendo Switch dock keeps everyone entertained. Parents will love that they are sanitized with each use. The closet is stocked with baby essentials, such as a pack ‘n play with sheets, an additional mattress, booster seat, portable high chair, and an audio-only baby monitor.

The neighborhood is perfect for taking a stroll or heading down to the dock to enjoy the provided inflatable paddle boards, take a dip, or simply soak in the scenic views. Head south on 129 out of Damariscotta to find our place. There are limited deliveries in our area, so a vehicle will be required to ensure your best experience. There is an airport in Portland (one hour south) as well as train transit hub, including Amtrak, in Brunswick (40 mins south). Please note that there is a local train in Damariscotta/New Castle that connects with the hub in Brunswick.
